I have a LG v60 dual screen phone and love it. The outside case screen was damaged while on vacation, I ordered a new one but was searching for someone to fix it for me.. Great service. Replaced the screen on my Google pixel 4a5g and looks awesome! No one else in town had the screen so it was awesome that I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday and get it back within 2 hours. I needed my cracked phone screen repaired today and off course my cell provider gave me the runaround and wanted me to file a claim and pay $250. UBreakIFix was crazy busy but was able to get me in and out in 20 minutes for $70. Both David and Sean at the Orange Park, FL location were so awesome to me. Took my phone there twice in two months because I ran over my phone with my tractor. I have had the phone for about a year at the time of the first incident. I used to charge my phone 1 time every couple of days even one year later. Samsung galaxy s20 ultra. Here it is a few months after they put a New battery in my phone my phone when replacing the screen in May now it wont even make it a full day. Now I am having to charge my phone mid day. The whole experience has been horrible. They do not notify you when the phone is ready even if you give them the telephone number. The customer service was horrible. I did talk to the district manager one time and told him about my situation and he agreed with me.

Called ahead to see about a screen replacement under a manufacturer warranty and they said no problem as long as its not cracked. It was not cracked it was new and the backlight went out causing a black screen which made it unusable. Get there and I get a different guy who proceeds to look at the screen under a light and says theres cracks underneath the screen that are hard to see so thatll be close to $300 because its damaged and they dont even have the screen in stock. I was upset about the cost and he offered a protection plan at an additional cost like he was doing me a favor and I said well I really need to be able to have a phone, and he says if I had a smart watch Id be able to at least have some form of communication. How does that help me?! Took it to another phone repair store and they said its NOT cracked on the inside at all. Yikes. They should get into the used car business because that was shady. Glad I left.

The customer service was outstanding. The representative verified if they would be able to repair my item and he also verified if they would be able to get the part prior to me leaving the store.

I have had a wonderful experience with Ubreakifix. One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. I made an appointment and dropped off my computer with them on a Tuesday. They didnt mention any wait on diagnosing the problem, not did they mention anyone ahead of me. On Thursday I get a call recommending their subscription service with no real information on what was wrong. Two more days pass before Im told whats wrong with my PC, but not without trying to sell me on the service again. They say theyll overnight the part that I need and that it should be fixed either Sunday or Monday at the latest. Sunday and Monday pass without contact, and finally Tuesday I call them and they tell me it will be done Wednesday. When I finally get my computer back theyve left programs installed on it. Very unprofessional, very frustrating, and I cannot recommend using their services.

I have had several tablets and phones repaired at uBreakiFix in Orange Park. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. They recommend services and add-ons that extend the life of my devices. I recommend them highly!

Sadly, Ive used their services four times in the past year. They are always friendly and professional. My phone has been done same day every time. Cole and Caleb are super helpful. I hope I dont need their services again, but if I do, this is where I will come.

Absolutely fantastic service. Quick and courteous! I had a warranty covered issue with a fatal flaw on my Google Pixel 4 XL battery. 4 hours later (which is longer than usual for them, but this was a complicated faulty battery) and it was as good as new. Will absolutely use again and recommend to all.

Omg where do I start. I took my PlayStation for in to be looked at and they took two days with no call. I finally called to check on it and they said it was ready for pickup, but they said there was mold and they couldn’t do anything. Took it to TTops and he fixed it on the spot, showed me how the bolts were covered by warranty sticker...so they didn’t even open it up. No mold whatsoever, only a little dust and was told that it wasn’t even that bad. Take your stuff to TTops!!! He will help you!!!

Go to BATTERIES PLUSI’d give them zero if I could. Called last week asked if they could look into a software issue. The lady on the phone said definitely and to bring it in. Last Saturday i drive up there and spoke with the boy at the counter about the issue. He just looked at me. I had to ask him “can you do something with it or not”? I took my PS4 in to get fix. The issue was that it wouldn’t power on so I believe it was due to the power supply going out. Take it to the store a employee told me that it would take 1-2days to get it fix. Two days pass I didn’t hear anything or get a update from the store. Three days pass still nothing. So I finally decided to go back to the store when I discovered that my device was unrepairable but I wasn’t notified about it. Nothing was written down in the repair report on what was done to my device. Then when I got my device back a cord is sticking out of it which it wasn’t in that condition when I gave it to the store. This was my second time coming here and it will definitely be my last.

Bad customer service I would have rather taken it anywhere else. The people that work here are not very friendly and dishonest would rather go anywhere else. They fixed my phone so that gives them at least a star. TOO many repair places stay away.

So had to give one star to do review. So long story short after 4 trips to the store my phone was so breaken from them I just got a new phone. First visit after phone call and setting up to get phone fixed was told they didnt have the part needed to fix my phone. Again this is after a phone call to set appointment. Second visit they fixed my issue but broke my screen. This after telling me it would be two hour fix. Went to get phone and got told no its a 4 hour repair. Third trip was to get screen fixed. Again told 30 minutes took over an hour. 3 days later my phone stops working and you can see where screen is broken on the inside. No damage to phone its self. Not dropped. Outside screen is not damaged. They refuse to fix screen u less I pay. Took phone to Verizon and was told it broke on inside and was bad screen. If you can go to another place I would suggest it.

Update: Manager called me to try and rectify the situation. I explained again what happened and he repeated what I was already told. I replied that I would not change my feedback and I would continue to put this review on other social media, to which he replied “Well you have fun with that”. Super professional.Brought my iPad in to be fixed, the salesperson convinced me to purchase the liquid glass as extra protection. Was supposed to take a few hours, wasn’t ready until the next day. Noticed it would no longer turn off using top button. Guy shrugged. Less than 3 months later I have a crack in the glass, very obvious a stress crack from the work done. I keep my iPad in a case and the spider crack literally happened while I was holding it. They will not honor their work. The guy actually told me unless I had a video showing I didn’t damage it myself they won’t fix it. Of course had I purchased their yearly premium plan then they would have fixed it. Why do you need an extra plan to guarantee your work?

Extremely unethical business practices.This store DOES NOT use Apple Original screens for screen replacements.They use cheap easy to break 3rd party screens.The representative inside even told me AFTER installing the third party screen, that the third party screens are extremely poor in quality and do not last long.Did not at any point mention to me that I was not getting an Apple original screen before installing AND paying...Only AFTER I got my phone back AND paid in the store, and started questioning the quality did the representative apprehensively mention that he installed a 3rd party screen. NOT what I asked for.I asked the rep to install and Apple Original screen and they informed me it would be SEVERAL HUNDRED more to do this. The rep then started back tracking and trying to tell me how good of quality they were. RIGHT after telling me how bad they were..... right...I would highly recommend you run far away from this place. And to management, this place needs to seriously review its practices.Highly unethical business practices.

The repairs to my device were no good and my device decided to just give up on life anyways. Worked with Ryan who was able to refund me so I could replace my device. The best part was Ryan was able to recover all the data from my device that was not backed up so I got all of my pictures and memories back. It went from frustrating to excellent in a matter of days.
