Frank did a fantastic job installing duct work above our kitchen stove so the proper ventilation could be installed through our roof. In addition he created and installed a wooden cabinet above the stove to camouflage the duct work. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work that Frank completed. He is very meticulous, his work is of great quality, he is very honest, and he is very easy to work with. Thank you Frank for resolving our kitchen problem. You clearly are the best!

I needed repair on 2 (small) areas of sheetrock that my dog distroyed. One area was a wide hole caused by my dog yanking out a towel ring nailed to the wall, and the other area was damaged by same dog but was a corner wall, about 6 long. In addition, we had a problem with a gutter that was drooping and causing overflowing in that corner, due to a clog.Mr Handyman sent a delightful, friendly and professional gentleman, Doug Brown. Doug arrived on time, has decades of experience, mild mannered, polite and professional. Doug did an awesome job!! And he completed everthing in less time then expected (cleaned all the gutters in addition to raising back up the problem gutter)Im very very happy I now have a resource to go to when I need a handyman; and will definitely use Mr Handyman again when the need arises!!

I reached out to Mr Handyman for a quite for a window removal and replacement of a new window. The company was extremely responsive, professional and helpful. Due to COVID they are extremely backed up, but worth the wait as they stayed in touch with me and pulled all required permits and once our appt came around they reminded me ahead of the date and day if they sent a picture if the technician with their name. Technician was extremely nice and professional. Worked very hard and kept me in the loop if everything. Install was done in a day and very clean and precise. Worth the repair amount to have it done right. Will use the service again and highly recommend!!

Mr. Handyman was chosen by me because of the excellent reviews. The project consisted of replacing an old deteriorating set of steps & designing/installing a new one. Everything performed by the tech Bill was to my satisfaction. The steps match my house perfectly. Bill was professional and represents the company well.My only complaint is the labor cost. The labor charge was as much as the materials. They give you an estimate for the total project cost. For me however, the total project cost took my breath away. (I gave Mr.Handyman the authorization to proceed because of their good reviews & because my steps were very unsafe. I didnt want to wait any longer.) I just wished they would have broken down the total material & labor costs separately during the initial project quote. It would help the customer to determine whether or not to proceed with the job.

Bill did a great job fixing up the wood rot around the house. Matched the paint colors perfectly and was able to complete the job about 6 hours faster than the original quote saving me hundreds of dollars off the original estimate. Would absolutely use again.

Frank at Mr Handyman constructed a fireplace mantle and framed the opening for us. The results were magical! He meticulously and artistically completed the project and we couldnt be happier with the result. He listened carefully to what we envisioned and helped us realize the goal. Moreover, he completed the project on time. We would use Mr Handyman again in a second. They are that good!

I had water damage to my ceiling from a roof leak. He was even able to match the texture on the ceiling.

He did a great job on the wood replacement. Looks like new. It was so hot and he worked hard for hours! But he didn’t clean all of our gutters (missed the gutter at the front of our carport) and he didn’t clear all of the cable/satellite cords away that we asked for. So our full job list was not completed. Also the price was quite high, otherwise I’d have given 5 stars. He wasn’t feeling well at the end of the day, which I think may have been part of the reason he didn’t feel like talking the cords down. He also said he didn’t have the things that he needed to put the phone/internet cords that we are keeping back up again. But he knew that was part of the job, so he should have had everything he needed before starting.

I use one time for sheetrock, this last time i called and a woman tells me 175$ basic charge and i said you can just tear out the sheet rock to get to the door. she quickly says thats our price. way to try to sell me, go to a different company. did not sound like they want business. Sorry to call on different projects, will refrain from ever calling.Follow up- I did not mean to call you- i use a very good Handyman service as well it just so happens you both start with Handyman. When i called your place the woman was rude and nasty, your follow up message was rude and unprofessional. I found a very well known sheetrock business with warranties, and referrals. $125.00. So price is always part of it, you quote on not seeing the work. Go figure. I dont pay based off your crazy scale when you do not see the work, i bet your clientele is older and ya overcharge them like you tried me. Plus if anyone wants to hear the voice message this company left me - please feel free to see how professional they are.

Larry is a very nice man with an excellent disposition. He did several repairs in my home. He was very careful and everything is now perfect.

Our dryer vent system was causing our dryer to show errors with the venting. We needed the system inspected, checked for leaks, and cleaned. We scheduled the service and the technician, Frank, arrived on time. We walked through the areas of the system and he advised us of the potential problem areas and what he would do. Frank was very thorough—he repaired and cleaned the appropriate areas and performed superbly. We are very satisfied with the results.

The estimate was more than the actual cost. The gentleman was actually frustrated at how our kitchen island was put together or rather left apart. He did everything he could to make our island level and secure, the molding is straight. We are very happy and will use this service again!!

Gerald’s workmanship is superior! He went above and beyond what needed to be done. His suggestions and sharp eye made my crown molding even more beautiful. He even put the furniture back!!!

They showed up right on time when they said they would and completed the work as promised. That meant a lot to me since another company promised but never delivered.

Zero customer service! My moms home was flooded from Hurricane Irma. She called to ask if they could send someone over to assess the interior of her home and provide an estimate to replace the walls, floors, cabinets, doors, etc. The receptionist said, no, we dont do that. You have to provide US with all your measurements first, or something to that affect. Like, kiss our butts and pay us for doing it. Forget these people. Find yourself a reputable contractor. Mr. Handyman isnt it.

I used this company once for two separate jobs on the same property. They had to come back and remediate one issue and I had to fix a few other spots they missed. They were on the expensive end of the quotes I got. What is most irritating is after you use them, they keep sending you a ton of refer a friend and coupons in the mail, even after asking them to remove me from the mailing list.
