Needed my truck towed and in less than an hour friendly and professional driver showed up and within minutes we were on our way. 5 stars definitely. Very reasonable price.

I called on Tuesday to schedule a tow for Wednesday afternoon and was given a one-hour window for the delivery. An hour after that window, I called Elite to find out when my car was scheduled to arrive and was told they were unable to get to it before the shop closed. We rescheduled for Thursday. After the window for that delivery closed, I called again and was told that they might be able to get me my car but maybe not until the following day. I understand very well that everyone is short staffed right now, and things happen. My biggest source of displeasure and dissatisfaction is the fact that I had to call them both times to find out where the car was. If they’d had the courtesy to notify me, I probably wouldn’t feel as though my business isn’t wanted and that my needs as a customer are unimportant.

My grandson was broke down in the evening hours and I have AAA for my entire family. We called AAA ordered a tow. I went to go be with my grandson and wait so I could drive him home. I brought my two little dogs with me as I thought it would only be an hour at the most. Three hours later no one there yet and no update for over an hour. Tried to call AAA could not get anyone to answer. Looked on line to see closest towing company and saw that Elite Towing was just up the street. Called them very curious and helpful. Told her situation. She gave me the quote, told me no longer than 30 minutes. I said fine. The guy was there in 20 minutes. We were so happy. They were true to their word and the gentleman taking my grandsons vehicle was so courteous. We were so happy we even forgot we had been waiting for AAA for three hours. They were just to high in price and told me they could not come get my car until the after noon. When I needed to get my car to the garage asap. I dont recommend them at all.

After 2 companies never showed up through State Farm road assistance Elite Towing was called and showed up in less than the 30 minutes quoted time. A very nice young man named Jim changed my tire and was very professional and efficient. I appreciate all his help! Would definitely use this company again.

I dont often write reviews, but I felt I should do so after my experience with Elite Towing. I was stranded with a dead battery at 10:00 at night. I called and the dispatcher was very concerned when I told her I was parked in a dark parking lot, had very little battery charge left on my phone and still needed to drive 3 hours home. She had a driver to me in 15 minutes! They driver was courteous and got me going immediately. The dispatcher stayed on the phone with me to make sure I was o.k. Very professional, efficient and reasonable! Thanks Elite Towing!

I was very impressed with Arthur and Elite Towing. My truck broke down while I was pulling my utility trailer. Arthur was able to load my truck and pull the trailer behind his truck to get me back home. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job. He was able to get around a few very tight turns that I doubt many drivers could have managed so easily. He also drove very safely.I have had several vehicles towed over the years, but this experience was definitely the best. Needing a tow, especially in the middle of the night, is often frustrating and stressful, but Arthur and Elite Towing made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. I highly recommend this company. If I need a tow in the future, they will be my first choice.

I needed a front wheel tow. My insurance company paired me with Elite company and they were very fast responding. Thomas came in about 20 minutes, took the car away and delivered safely to the car shop. Thank you for being profesional, responsive, and for communicate with customer. Definitely recommend them.

Arthur was excellent! We thought the car needed to be towed to the repair shop but he was able to jump it and get it started. I was hesitant about driving it to the auto parts store to get another battery, but Arthur said he would hang around in the area in case I broke down. We made it safely to the store and thanked Arthur for sticking around in case we needed more help! Thanks again Arthur!

Given a choice, I only choose Elite Towing. Theyve been very fair, quick, professional and friendly when towing my toy Miata to the machine shop and back. Middleburg to Phillps Hwy. While its never been an emergency, I know I could rely on them should an emergency emerge!

Worst customer service! After waiting all day for a tow, and several calls from them delaying. They waited until 6:30 in the evening on a Sunday to tell me they weren’t coming. First time they called, they were going to be late because a guy called in sick, the last time was because the truck broke down. Total Bull$h!t! They just suck at what they do!

Following dismissive response from the owner, I have time stamped text updates and call logs I am more than happy to provide. I was so lucky to have had the privilege to be home safe and sound. And if I hadnt? I would have been stuck in a parking lot, pregnant, with small children for almost 5 hours on a 100° day, waiting for someone from your company to eventually show up. You also didnt address the unprofessional and rude customer service that must just be normal for your company. Saying you are going to leave my car in the road is inexcusable when the driver had unrestricted access to the drop off location. There is no gate code. Instead of attacking people in the responses, maybe work on some of the issues that continue to be brought up.Unfortunately had a terrible experience with this company today. I requested a tow thorough USAAs roadside assistance provider Agero, and was advised at 2:04pm that Elite Towing was dispatched and the ETA was 90mins. At 4:04pm I was advised via automated text that the company would be an additional 60 mins. I called and spoke with Samantha at 5:09 to check the status of the tow and was told her driving was crossing the bridge soon and to expect him in 15 mins. I called her back at 5:51 pm and she told me he was crossing the bridge and would be 10-15mins. When questioned she said her guys were busy and the driver hit traffic. I had been waiting for the car to be delivered for 4 hours and have additional responsibilities outside of waiting for my vehicle. I made her aware that it was being dropped off at an apartment complex and stated the building number to drop the car in front of. I put my daughter to bed and came out to check my phone to see several missed calls, a voice-mail and a text message from Elite. My apartment complex has a gate. There is no code. There is a large visitor kiosk right when you pull in, where you provide the tenants name and yours, and the visitor gate opens up. I was never asked about a gate code or gate. I assumed the large visitor kiosk was self explanatory and let the gate company at 2:10pm to know to expect Elite Towing. I got a text message threatening to leave my car at the gate if I didnt answer the phone. I also got a nasty voicemail from Samantha threatening to leave my car outside the visitor center if I didnt answer my phone. I called her immediately to apologize and she told me the driver was able to finally get in, after waiting 15 mins and that he would leave my car outside the requested building instead of in the road where threatened. I feel terrible that I missed the call and that the driver had to wait, but I literally had been waiting for almost 5 hours for my vehicle and needed to take care of my children. The drivers can only do so much, but this customer service was nasty. Should I need a tow in the future I will insure Agero does not send them.

My daughter was driving my car and the rear wheel lug nuts seared off and the car slammed to the rim and become disabled. Complete disaster!! Elite came out and not only towed the car but took delicate car of my car. I am a car enthusiast and have had multiple vehicles towed over the years and this was by far the best service I have ever seen!! I’m still blown away by the customer service and how well they took care of my car. It’s hard to tow anything with out a wheel. I expected damage just because of not having a wheel and nothing. These guys are amazing!!!

Memorial Day - 9:45 a.m., requested roadside assistance through the USAA app. 9:46 a.m. USAA confirmed they dispatched Elite, with an estimated time of arrival of no less than 75 minutes. 10:19 a.m. I receive a call from Thomas, the driver dispatched for my call, letting me know he would arrive within 10-15 minutes. 10:30 a.m. Thomas arrives, asks the issue. I let him know that 3 different vehicles and 3 sets of cables, as well as a battery charger were unable to jumpstart the vehicle, and USAA recommended a tow. Thomas, having the wherewithal and forethought, recommended using the high powered standalone jumpstart device he had in his wrecker. Thomas hooked up the jumpstart device, powered it on, waited 30 seconds, and had me attempt to start my vehicle - this time, success! Within 3 minutes of arrival, Thomas identified, diagnosed, and addressed the situation, and was able to get me on the road again. In less time than the original estimated time of arrival, Elite had me on the road. I highly recommend Elite Towing Jacksonville!

USE ANYONE ELSE: The most horrifying and horrible experience ever. I never saw my key again after I handed it to the tow truck driver 😩 $154 later for a new key and $424 later for a rental car and I still had to wait one day without a car because the key had to be ordered 😩 The female at the office is not a kind soul and had absolutely no sympathy. She basically told me I was crazy for begging them to help me find my car key. I will have to relisten to the conversation to hear and remember her exact words. Ironically as my God had it, they were the same company chosen by my insurance to come tow it to the dealership, as it was my only option without a key 🥲 and I had no choice but to accept it was gone. They were dispatched at approx 1:52pm and arrived shortly after 5pm but the driver that showed up didn’t have the proper truck to tow a car without a key. He was a perfect gentleman and asked me if I minded him looking after he communicated with the original driver who told him he left it under the seat. He originally told me he left it between the seat and the door. The second driver acknowledged that it was not a smart place to leave a key while on the phone with the owner of the company. He also made a verbal arrangement with owner in my presence, to send the original driver back because he is the only one who had a truck that could tow a car without a key. So about 10 minutes later, I get the acknowledgment from my insurance that I have a new tow company now coming to tow my car. The new company was amazing and there within 10 minutes of being dispatched. I called my insurance company and ask them why I had a new tow truck company and was told that it was because Elite Towing declined the order. So for me, I can’t prove the driver took my key; either purposefully or possibly he forgot to leave it and it was easier just to lie and say he did but I do know it was not left with my car and I will tell my story to anyone and everyone who listens in hopes that this maybe won’t happen to another person for another 5 years at the least.....as the lady in the office so elegantly told me that it wasa first ever for that guy in 5 years and she would rather call me crazy than believe it was possible he make a mistake or possibly be just down right judgemental and hateful. God knows the truth and so does that driver.....to be continued. I wonder how they would feel if someone treated their mom that way 🤷‍♀️James’s mom

Arthur was amazing. We had trouble with our rental car. The rental car company was terrible. He dropped the car off after towing it all the way to the airport and waited with us until our Uber came. He talked me off the freaking out cliff and by the time I got to the rental car counter I didn’t even yell at anyone! What a great guy and a professional. Thanks for saving our “vacation” and teaching me about being on “Florida time”.!

Well my mother got her cars stuck in mud in our backyard and even though its been raining for almost a week straight they still came out and tried their best to get the car unstuck and luckily for us it only took 5 minutes and his truck did not get stuck and Im so happy they were able to help

My husbands truck died out in Baldwin and he took a Lyft home. Elite Towing was willing to go out to Baldwin and tow his truck to our mechanic on 103rd in Jax even though Baldwin is outside their usual coverage area. Plus, the driver was willing to meet me in Jax to get the key from me so I didnt have to drive to Baldwin to meet him. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice!

I was really stressed out bc my car didnt start, had my puppy with me and it was cold. Thank God Blake got my car on the towing trailer quickly and efficiently. Its rare to find good workers who are fast and professional. Thank you for being a blessing while my car was broke down!

Five star service!

My sons vehicle was towed last night there were swerving marks coming off the road, his hood flew off. The tow driver Blake flew down our road, which is dirt. The road is not in good shape at this time. Because the hood fell off and the tow driver never noticed it his engine is full of water because it rained where we live. The car got dropped, literally, and the e-brake was left on when vehicle was unloaded. His grill fell off when being unloaded and it looks as if my sons car rolled over it. So you dont deserve even a 1 star. Just so you dont say he was NOT a customer, my sons name is Josh R. and it was done through State Farm! Vehicle is a 2005 Nissan and only had less than 50,000 miles on the motor! There is proof the car came off the tow truck because he turned off of SR218 to fast.Reply to the owner:He passed our house on the way to drop the car, which we just happen to live on the same dirt road! People fly down our road regardless of the conditions . It was on a paved road called Carter Spencer that the car came off and the hood, there are actually tire tracks from your tow truck along with the tire tracks of the CAR. YES, we actually have pics of that as well. We have before and after pics of the hood. So honey you are not getting away with this one. Oh and just so you know there is damage underneath the vehicle as well! He was also 4 hours late picking up the vehicle! Good service maam NOT! Word of mouth goes a long way, especially with all the pics we have of the car before and after and several witnesses that saw the car before and after! So with the witnesses and all the pics you are responsible! I will be happy to send the pics and please take us to court! Witnesses and pics please take us to court!

Paid to have my sons vehicle towed home and instructed the company for the vehicle to be placed in the driveway so I can do what I needed to do to it. The motor was blown so it could not be moved on it’s own. I arrived home to find the vehicle sitting out in the street. I called to find out why, and received a lame excuse they couldn’t get it in the driveway. There was no reason they could not get the car where it needed to be even with a flatbed. It had been done before. They even suggested I call someone else, pay more money to finish a job they couldn’t do right the first time.

I needed to have my car towed after a flat tire. The driver was very professional and the service was super fast! I am very pleased with the service.

The projected ETA was 1.5 hours, but the driver, Samuel, showed up about 30 min early. The only way to describe it was exceptional. He takes an enormous amount of pride in providing the best service for you and your car. My car is low, and his first comment was asking if I wanted him to get the wooden boards to make sure the car wouldnt scrape as it was pulled on to the bed. He then backed the truck into my driveway to perfectly align the car to be dropped in its spot in the garage. On top of it all, he was incredibly friendly and courteous.

Goodyear sent this towing company. The driver jumped our car so he didnt have to pull it on his truck. HE DID NOT tell us that it would cost $45.00 to have the battery jumped. They should hire more reliable people at there company. If they were the last towing company, I would push my car instead of calling them! UPDATE: Since they were no help at the towing company, we called Goodyear and they resolved the matter for us! Thanks Goodyear!

Elite towing has the best service I have ever experienced with a tow truck company. They arrived within less than 10 minutes upon calling them and took care of every issue I had. Their prices are also very good and affordable, as they towed my vehicle for over 65 miles, and at the best price in town. Blake- and the knowledge and care that he presented when picking up my husbands bike- can’t be beat. The bike is big and heavy and had a rear flat tire. Blake took extra care to not scratch the chrome while loading and securing it. He also ensured that the bike was totally secured and would not be compromised in anyway due to the situation. I am not a person that is easily impressed but kudos to Blake for doing so. I will not hesitate to call elite towing again for any future needs. Oh- big plus for arriving at the front of the estimated pick up time. Truck was very clean and safety measures were taken while on the street. Price was very reasonable.

Both times Ive used them, its been thru my Travelers insurance and using the roadside assistance coverage. The first time, the driver was at my location within 30 minutes and was really nice. The second time, it was a weekday, not a weekend, and it took almost an hour. The driver was still nice and helpful and got my car to the shop safely and quickly. Both times, I was able to track their truck on a map on my phone, so that was a good feature. I would recommend their services.

Yesterday I had a big day but scheduled my car to be towed at 4 we’ll it took over three hours, when the guy finally showed up he was like it’s against policy for us to go in your property. And left.. boy was I angry but scheduled another with Allen’s towing the guy came in and did his job above and beyond .. elite you guys aren’t bad just that one person didn’t even try... same style towing vehicles and Allen’s towing did it right ...

Waited on the side of I95 South for Metro Tow to arrive for over 2 hours. Roadside assistance contacted Elite Tow who arrived 30 minutes later. Mo, the Elite driver was respectful, kind and efficient. Mo had my car and I home an hour after dispatched. I highly recommend Elite Tow and Mo should you ever need towing. I will never use anyone else.

Very nice respectful people. They don’t charge you an arm and a leg and they also don’t keep you waiting for over an hour for them to even get there. I had them tow a vehicle from one side of town to the other and they only charged $130 as well as worked around the locked steering wheel for us. I was in Georgia working when they towed the vehicle for my husband and I and they were able to let me pay with my card right away and even called me back to make sure I knew the car was picked up and dropped off safely and undamaged. I 100% advise you use this company for your towing needs.

I had an issue with my battery. I was given an estimate time and the tow service actually came within that time. I could appreciate that, that rarely happens. Then a man named Sam came to help and he was awesome. It was his day off and he didnt even seem bothered. He was happy to help. Tried to help figure out the problem before towing it. Thanks Sam. We were assigned this company through USAA’s roadside assistance and were told the driver would be there from 6:30-7pm. We received a call at 6:45pm from the driver saying he was 30 minutes away (last the time frame we were given) and he showed up almost 45 minutes later, instead. When he finally did arrive, his attitude was poor as if he didn’t even want to be there to help at all...like that’s not his job in the first place. Will not use this company again, even is USAA assigns them.

Sam and his partner was great! I could not have asked for better service! They were faced with getting my vehicle off of their truck with no key to open the door n the emergency brake on with no way to release it and they still were able to get my truck in my driveway!! I want to thank Elite towing for their services. We were broke down alone 295 Interstate last night and was referred by our insurance company to use Metro Towing. We waited nearly 3 hrs on the busy and dangerous interstate and Metro Towing never showed. We had to contact our insurance company again to request another towing company. I googled myself to see if there was another company we could use with the insurance and found Elite Towing with all 5 star rating. I requested to use Elite Towing and once the insurance contacted Elite Towing they arrived approximately 15 mins and towed our car to our home no issues. I would recommend this company to all. I needed a tow to the car dealership after I had a flat tire. Leslie picked me up very fast and was very nice to talk to. He joked around and made my bad night better.

Great and simple experience, Eddie was an awsome guy and was really easy to have a conversation with. He helped make my day a lot easier. With that said this would be my first and only recommendation to anyone getting a tow.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, worst service ever. They took all day literally and when they finally got to my car the guy told me to call my road side assistant to ask for another towing service because he couldnt get the key from where it was. Just horrible attitude the person that answered the phone just hang up on me and when I called back they wouldnt answer.

Called at 1 p.m. today . The girl originally said 2 hours . I called back 2 hours later and they said they had no record of my call . how is that possible since she took my credit card number ? So sorry it will be another 2 hours .So I called back again and they said their tow truck driver had gone home for the day and if they had somebody at San Jose that they could send to Middleburg . 7 hours later the tow truck driver gets there and tells me hes the only driver they have . So the girl that answered the phone lied to me didnt take my information but was more than glad to take my credit card number . Stay away . There are much better out there than these clowns . If I could give zero stars I would .
