James goes above and beyond to make sure the details for your party are just right. His equipment is great!! The kids LOVED the 5-in-1 inflatable and jumped for hours. Both the set-up and cleanup crews were friendly and knowledgeable about the tasks at hand. And the price is fair and worth every penny for the enjoyment it brings!

Ballard Party Rentals saved our birthday party this weekend! We had another company cancel on us last minute(the day of the party). I called Ballard Party Rentals at around 8 am. Not only did they answer the phone, but they were able to find a bounce house that went with our theme and deliver it before 11 am! They were so friendly, helpful, and just plain amazing! The bounce house was a hit and all of the kids had a wonderful time!

Ballard Rentals have been a 5 Star!!! We have thoroughly enjoyed both the 15 foot and 18 foot slide. We are super excited about the water slide we have rented for an upcoming party. Will be back to rate the water slide we have not used yet. We highly recommend this company!!

Ballard Party Rentals has been our go to rental place in Auburn. We have rented inflatables, tables, and chairs on several occasions over the last two years. The equipment is always clean and well taken care of, delivery is on time and people are helpful, courteous, and professional. I would have liked to see a little bigger selection of water slides as our kids grow, but for now, the water slide from Ballard is what they seem to ask for their birthday party every year!

Awesome local business, great customer service with friendly knowledgeable employees. We having used them for years planning events for the Autism Society of Alabama.

We booked the balloon bounce house/slide combo for my son’s 5th birthday party for Sunday 4/29. Due to some unforeseen paperwork issues, Auburn Parks and Recreation called on Friday 4/27 and said we couldn’t use the bounce house rental at the park on Sunday. Ballard assured us that the issue would be cleared up and by lunch on Saturday, it was, so the party was a go. However, a representative from Parks and Rec showed up on Sunday after set up was complete and told Ballard that the issue wasn’t resolved, even though it was, and they had to take the equipment down (which meant no party because this particular park doesn’t have playground equipment) Ballard staff was VERY professional and handled the situation without involving us, which I greatly appreciate because that would’ve caused me major, unnecessary stress. We didn’t even know that Parks and Rec showed up and tried to shut it down until speaking with Ballard on Monday 4/30. The bounce house/slide combo was a huge hit with the kids. It was in perfect condition and the party was a success. Thank you, Ballard, for your professionalism and going the extra mile to make sure our party was a success! We will definitely rent from Ballard again.
