Very disappointed. Website and sign at the store advertise being open until 3:00 on Saturday. Show up at 2:20 and the door is locked. At least put an explanation on the door and possibly another option. Waste of my time.

What a great experience. Kent was so helpful and courteous. He even came outside and helped us carry in what we needed to ship . He packed everything securely and was very helpful and patient. I will go here when I need to ship anything again .

If I could rate them a 0 I would. Paid $41 for next day air delivery and when it wasnt received timely all they could say was the person helping you should have told you we arent guaranteeing any delivery times due to COVID. Then refused to refund. I was there at noon but my package didnt leave until 8:49PM.

Answering machine states they close at 3pm on Saturday’s. The sign on the window says they close at 3pm on Saturday’s. Google Maps says they close at 3pm on Saturday’s. Yet no one’s there at 2:30, and someone in the parking lot says they have changed their Saturday hours. This store provides good service usually, but a wasted trip to Tiger Town is frustrating ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CHECK TO ENSURE THEY ARE OPEN.Things have been upside down for a lot of people this year and I understand why some businesses have had to change their hours. Even so, it would be helpful to communicate your new hours more effectively to your customers.

Went to this store and the other in Auburn today and neither had a notary on site as they advertise.

I often use the UPS store for printing services and some occasional package drop off. Kaylee offers great customer service and she is always in great spirits each visit. She’s quick with any task and always efficient. I highly recommend this UPS store not only for delivery services, but for printing services as well.

What an amazing store! I LOVE this place. It is my office away from home. I can just send an email requesting color copiers and they are ready when I arrive. Any business problem, they can solve! The staff is wonderful and I never hesitate to ask for help.This is not just a fabulous place to ship packages, they have it all! So glad to have a store in this area!

Extremely helpful and great to work with!! While passing through town on our way to the beach I left my purse at a nearby restaurant. Whit was able to handle my request of overnighting my purse to me at the best time and best rate. I was so thankful to have done seamless business with him and this location.

AWFUL customer service. I went here to drop off a package around 1:30 (they close at 4) and the “OPEN” sign in the window was on, however the door was locked... Do not use this UPS store! Very unprofessional!

Very rude customer representative!!!!! The guy that pick the call purposely dropped the call when I was talking to him and refused to pick up... All because he believes I have an accent
