Samantha and Ashley took well care of me and my life situation. I was about to get the perfect job that suit me at this present. It was easy, and quick as well they understand the situation. The love and empathy from the company as well my agents was perfect. I recommend Surge always!!!! Love them!!!

While Surge Staffing is an amazing agency, I DO NOT recommend this office. They are rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and lost time and go to the the other locations which I had much better experience with.

Staff is unprofessional, slow, lack communication, unwilling to help (they needed my college transcripts, I could log onto school website and print them but they refused to do so, so I had to go to the school to print them off to come back. Exactly what they would have gotten had I done it at the office) they fill out your safety test information for you, they lose your tax info (including your social) as well as their photo copy of your photo ID. Office staff is too busy gossiping and back biting to do the work theyre supposed to do. 10/10 will not be back again.

Shady! After working hard at Mando for them for 7 months, they ended my assignment for imaginary attendance issues. To top that off, they also got my unemployment denied. I had to take them to court to win it back. It was so much fun not knowing if I was going to become homeless and lose my car. Just not good people here.

If I could, I would give them a STRONG ZERO. Amy and Michelle are both very unprofessional and rude. The organization as a whole has poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this staffing agency at all. Surge Staffing is the epitome of unprofessional management.

I quit surge staffing because my commute to work was becoming a hassle, because I didnt let them fire me they made my availability status terminated ... That was 2 yrs ago and guess what??? Still terminated indefinitely. This facility isnt worth your stress I would not attempt it unless you like getting manipulated, cheated and disrespected for the mistakes the staffing agency itself makes.
