My old computer finally quit Sunday afternoon. I needed a new one right away and wasnt planning to buy one at Office Depot in Tiger Town. After shopping around another store, I did wander into Office Depot feeling, and probably looking, a little overwhelmed by the enormity of such a complicated purchase. I was greeted right away by Mike. He made several diagnoses of my old computer and offered to have it checked out. I knew I needed a new one, and Mike led me to the computer display. Mike narrowed down my options to two models which he saw as meeting my needs, and he explained their differences in terms even I could understand. All along, Mike was friendly and patient. He made my decision on which to buy easy. I am writing now on my new computer, and Im very happy with it. Thanks, Mike!

I went to Office Depot earlier this week and it was by far the WORST experience I have had in a while!! Yes, when I entered I was greeted by a young lady who was very nice. She led me to the printers where her manager Spencer I believe could further help me with my purchase. While speaking to him he had a very uninterested attitude as if he were tired as did not want to help me, when he was speaking he had a very drone and robotic tone as if he would rather be anywhere else rather than talking to me. When I finally was able to make a decision on the printer I wanted he simply just took my printer and without a word placed it behind the register leaving me confused wondering if I was supposed to wait in the long line with ONE cashier or follow him. After finally getting my printer I was finally able to leave this place with horrible customer service especially from a manager. I WILL NOT come back to this location, nor encourage others to.

Their company policy is not welcoming of all people.

Great service and they always have supplies in stock. We should have came here first amd got all the kids school supplies.

Shout out to Brett at computer services who managed to fix my laptop issues!Highly highly recommend checking out Office Depots technology services for any tech issues you might be having before taking it to the Best Buy/GeekSquad that will try to squeeze every dime and penny off you and try to force sales.

They didnt have the one item I was looking for so will get it elsewhere or on-line. Was also going to pick up a couple of other office items while my wife and I were there but they were more than I was willing to pay. Will get those things elsewhere too.

I have always used then for my binding services and it has always been about an hour turn around time. I took a 160 page document in to be bound and was told it would be two to three days. I was told by the manager they took a large cooperate jib and he did not have the manpower to do mine. I went in on a Tuesday and he told me they had multiple bindings that were due by Thursday on this cooperate job. Sounds like you took a job on a unrealstic time frame, or you dont have the manpower to accept such a large job. Either way you should not take a job that causes you to turn away customers for three days.

Over the past 10 years, I have used 4 different office depot locations and their print services. This one is by far the worst. I can honestly say I loved the products, customer service, and efficiency at each before. I am sad that I am now stuck with this location and having to look into alternate companies for my printing needs. Twice now I have been disappointed with 1)ability and products available to complete order (standard nothing special) and 2) Time required to print takes longer 3) fair customer service. 4) Over-priced. They will take every minute of a 24, more likely 48 hr window (I have always had it back the same business day, orders are automatically left for the next day). As for customer service, I waited in line to pick-up my non existent order (as online conformation said it would be ready, to have girl open another persons order and be like oh well I just wanted to see what that was, but no we dont have it ready.... Oh no, we wouldnt even start that till tomorrow if you placed today???? They had to substitute product to lesser quality item, yet still charged full price. Will not use again and do not recommend.

The man who checked us out, Kip Or Ned, or maybe Jake, something short was a great man and made us feel welcome, great southern place.

Kaylen and Chris helped me out with some last-minute prints at 8:45 on a Friday night!!! No grief, no attitude... just great customer service! So glad to have this business right down from my house, and to have been treated so kindly with smiling faces even near closing time on a Friday night.

Office Depot is outstanding. I am impressed with, not only their products, but their array of services. Customer service is where reviewers usually make their complaints - after all were talking about human beings here. I have to say, the O.D. employees usually get it right.

I was opening a new business and need some thing for my business more the half the thing I need they told me they only sold online and wouldnt even bother to order them in or let me buy and then ship from inside the store.So I had to settle on just about everything, and to be honest almost every single thing was overpriced I spent $1500 on stuff and when comparing with the online price from their website would have only cost $980.The manager said he could give any coupons because the company doesnt let them. But why are your prices so Mich different from your website? I mean $520 dollar difference from online to in store is insane!!I do not recommend shopping here, and if you must be careful of what you buy, the cash drawer I picked up was missing the spring for the drawer.The pens and legal pads I picked up can be bought at Walmart for less, honest just didnt care for the staffs aditude or the simple lack of care for the customers.

I love Office Depot in Tigertown in Opelika because all the employees are willing to help you with anything you ask of them. Plus they never push a sale on you or force you to buy something. I no longer shop at Best Buy because of this one reason.

DO NOT use them for print services. I placed my print order online and selected the 110lb card stock option. Upon pick up, I discovered that the card stock was fairly thin. I asked the woman if it had been printed on 110lb card stock and she assured me that it had been. Brought my print order home and compared it to previous orders and sure enough, she had lied to my face. This is not the first issue I have had with them, but it definitely will be the last. I will be calling corporate tomorrow and I will find somewhere else to take my printing needs.

WORST CUSTOMER Service I have ever gotten.I went in on 08-08--15 to have some copies made which would have taken maybe 5 minutes and was told I would have to wait until Weds. of the next week before it could be done. WHAT? I was in shock, I could not believe they did not have enough staff to do 5 min for a few copies to be printed. I asked if his printers the customers use were available and he said they dont take flash drive. He said maybe you can go across town and get Office Max to do it. So I asked for the manager, I think her name was Kay, she said we are having the free tax weekend and have too many orders to do yours. How awful to tell a customer that line. I said well I will be here after tax free weekend (not now). What was she doing so important, that she could not have been a team member and helped out her staff and made the copies.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL of her! Really she needs to take a year long course in correct customer service, and how to be a team player. She should be fired. I told her I had just bought a computer from there this week, but I would not be returning to the store, ever. DONT GO THERE unless you call a week ahead to get on the list to get copies done that take less than 5 minutes. I found a place closer to my house that will be doing all my printing from now on.

I would never use this place. My husband took his college portfolio to have it copied for work use. The copy manager or someone in and threw away CUSTOMERS STUFF!! WHAT??? Who does that kind of thing? My husband will never have that HARD work back, and this place will never have our business! Still mad about it!!!!

I have had decent service in the past, but the last two times I have been asked by two different guys if I needed anything but when I described what I needed they attempted to walk off, saying they dont carry the products. They also refused to find out what type of printer power cable I needed (special three prong). Very frustrating experiences.
