I got arrested once, and called someone at this company to help me. I gave them the number of a friend who was ready to bail me out and they never reached out to them. I could have been stuck in there but my friend was smart and called Anytime bonding instead. Very undependable and also kind of rude too.

The lady there is very disrespectful very rude. Only because I have my own bonds person. So I wanted to use my bondsman to get my friend out. I would never think about using them. Called to get them off the bond so I can use my bondsman and she got smart then hung up in my face. Not professional at all.

Aaa. Is the only bond company to use. They do not pressure you to check in. Even if your bond is small and their percentage is only 225.00 they will allow you to make a few payments. All other bond companies want something upfront. Plus the owner Jimmy knows all these police and judges and can pretty much tell you in most cases the outcome. Im not from here and in miami florida ive never met a bonding man like Jimmy. Not to mention his staff even they are polite and will work with you. Hope you never need AAA Bonds but just in case this is who to call.

Do not use this company ! I had the worst experience ever ! I called them several times and he continued too answer the phone and hang up on me. He was very rude !!! If you dont wanna do your job find another one.

Terrible! They take your money then drop you. I was arrested for the same violation the first time they took 50% and the rest in 3 month. The second arrest was for the same thing then they told me I had violated the terms of the bond so I had to spend a whole weekend in jail and had to pay another $2K to another bond company. Crooks!!! It was all the same incident and all of it a huge misunderstanding! Everything was eventually dropped! They took my money then treated me like a criminal when they are the thieves!
