Wow!! They arrived 30-40 minutes earlier than the initial time given. Chris was professional, friendly and got my Jeep loaded quickly! We needed a flatbed and we’re surprised how reasonable the cost was! Would definitely recommend.

These guy are truly great. My transmission gave out in AL on our way back from camping in Destin. I called everywhere and no one would take the job. I had my wife and two girls and needed my F250 with the camper taken back to Knoxville these guys didnt hesitate. They even have us a ride....... They put the truck on the flatbed and pulled our camper with it. Ive worked in law enforcement for 15 yrs and Ive seen good and bad tow services but these guys truly take their job and reputation seriously. Truly professional and gentlemen. I drive a semi truck and unfortunately broke down in Opelika, AL on a Friday evening. The wrecker driver, Steven, called me within minutes of requesting a tow to verify location and notify me of when he will show up.When he showed up he was nothing but professional and courteous. Steven informed me every step of the way what he was doing to my truck to get it ready to tow. When it was ready to tow, he informed me of what he was doing and where things were as my drive shaft had to be disconnected.The location to where my truck was to be towed was closed so he found an alternate location to store truck overnight until the next day when he was able to return and tow me/truck to Atlanta. He made sure I was able to get to a hotel and check in before he left. The next day he called me to let me know when to be ready to get me from hotel and to truck to tow to Atlanta.On the way to Atlanta, he was very professional and nice. When I asked to stop to use the restroom he obliged and found a place.Total and complete professionalism. I would highly recommend that if a wrecker service is needed CP Wrecker is the way to go.

The literal epitome of customer service. They were the kindest and the most passionate people Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My semi got stuck in mud at cusseta travel center since there were no spots left parked on gravel and sunk down. I called they put my heart at ease and made it affordable. We hit a deer that caused a lot of damage to our vehicle, we were it able to drive it. It was late at night and the police officer was going to call a wrecker for us, however Ive heard fantastic things about CP wrecker service, so we called them. Frankie is a very friendly, safe driver; hooked up the car quickly but properly. Delivered the car to the mechanic with no delays and took care in unhooking the car and rolling it down the truck bed. After I made the call to CP wrecker service, the driver called to let us know his gps location so I would know exactly when he’d arrive . This is very helpful, in past I’ve had to wait over an hour for my insurance company to locate a wrecker. I burned up having to stay at the car rather than finding shade. But this driver recognized my son and I were hot from breaking down in July. He arrived on dot, immediately insisted we get into his cold truck rather than stand outside. Then he made sure the auto shop was going to tend to my car bc it was Friday afternoon at almost 5pm. He didn’t leave us til he was sure they were going to work on it and we had someone on the way to get us in case they didn’t. Very polite, excellent service!

I cannot say enough good things about this company and one of their wrecker service drivers Jeremy.I’d like to share a little story with everyone if you don’t mind.On November 23, 2017 my girlfriend and I left out of Birmingham en route to Auburn for the Iron Bowl. We were running late and pulled into Auburn city limits about 30 minutes before kickoff. Right before we arrived in downtown Auburn we had to drive over the main set of railroad tracks.However, before we did, we noticed that people were turning right into an alley and parking once they got over the tracks but they had to drive their vehicles on the side of the tracks where the gravel is in order to reach a section of open parking places. Of course my gf and I thought it would be a good idea for us to take the same route. Little did we expect to get my truck stuck in the gravel right next to the tracks.Our worries about making it to the game on time were exchanged with worry that if a train came through then it was definitely going to hit the side of my truck.I immediately googled towing services in the area, yet the first two I called didn’t even answer the phone. I then called CP Wrecker Service and told them about my dire situation and within ten minutes of my phone call, a big truck pulls up with Jeremy driving it and right away he went to work. Needless to say, Jeremy was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. 10-15 minutes later my truck was safe. 5 minutes after that a train flew by on the tracks.CP Wrecker Service saved my GMC truck and myself from having a massive heart attack.

Really awesome company! Today (August 30th, 2018) I literally woke up and my tire was on flat but I didn’t know until I arrived at my university. Anyways, soon as I found out I called my insurance company and I was told a towing company would be out to assist me. I was nervous because I only had a class break from 11:30 to 1 and I made the call at around 11. I was pulling a 20 pontoon boat on a trailer when the axle messed up. had to get a damaged trailer home with a boat on it. i want sure what to do or how to do it, when someone that stopped told me to call cp. within 10 mins of calling, a truck was on the scene. the man introduced himself as Jon, and assured me that he could get my boat and trailer home with no damages. i was sceptical, but he made it look easy. i was so impressed with the level of care he took. he treated my property as if it was his own. when we got to my house, he put it exactly where i wanted, shook my hand again, and was off to the next tow. hats off to jon, and cp wrecker for saving the day.
