United Auto Collision is a stand up company and stands behind their work. Took two doors in to have painted. When I picked the doors up, the color was off and I wasnt happy with how they came out. I gave Ed a call and let him know that I wasnt happy with the color and without any hesitation or questioning he told me to bring the doors back and he would repaint them. When I brought the doors back Ed rode with me to the paint shop so we could get a better match on my paint and I was on my way. The second time my doors were painted they were perfect.This is a stand up company and I will be a repeat customer because they put pride into their work and do whatever they need to make the customer happy. I really can not explain the amount of frustration that I have with this collision center. My car has been here for a month and I constantly hear the same story. “Your vehicle will be finished by the end of the week.” Then, when the week is up and I come to pick up my vehicle I hear that the parts aren’t in yet. The situation really frustrates someone who’s financing a vehicle that they can’t even drive. On the upside, the staff is friendly and are always open to take questions.
