I just had to take the time to let any and all applicants know that this staffing agency lives up to all the negative decrepit things you here about the worst staffing agency in the area. Not only do they lack the basic professionalism for simple transparency, but do not respect the fact they are a staffing agency and work with real people with families and financial responsibilities. Not to mention the staff will blatantly lie to your face with a smile of deceitful intent. If you want to feel like a slave and be lied to your face and have money stolen from you this is the place for you.

The people in the company are horrible. They steal from you on your checks. They cut you off when you talk to them and there nail box is always full when you try to call in so they never get it till they open. Which can be hours after the assignment has already started. They short you on your hours and try to make up some excuse. My husband and I were sent to 2 locations. The first location tried to say that we called and said we were lost and that we were late so they shorter us 1.5 hours. Which we were lost before the time we were supposed to arrive. We were on time. Portal Logistics is so unorganized. Once we arrived they walked 2 groups of temps around d for .5. Hour looking for the guy we were supposed to be assigned to. Then the CEO of the company said to sit us down for .5 hour to and hour while his phone updates the assignments. So even though we were there and ready to work they are now trying to short us. The people at port Logistics are rude and so unorganized. Then at Genlabs the shorted us .5 hour even though we were on time. Then because my husband left they fired me for calling in. Again with the phone being busy. I called multiple times starting at 6am and was not able to speak to anyone since 9am. Once I called in the lady cut me off and said so I wont be returning and I told her I am Im just calling in sick. Again. Bad listening skills. Then she was supposed to meet us at 4pm and never showed and never called. Dont work here unless you like to get f*&$ed over!

Great and respectful place for my people I got an interview for a quality control job the next day.

LET ME BREAK IT DOWN FOR YOU. (With 4months of employment) They got me a job right away, but to a random site where I was told no experience was needed only to find out it wasnt for me. They cut a decent amount of money off your check. Theyre unorganized lost my last check or misplaced my W2 form. You cant get a hold of them PERIOD! They have a very nasty attitude, very low educated and talk over you. They never want to help or have patience with ppl. I was literally put on hold for 20min. (Gets better) ...hung up and called back, only to find out shes gone to lunch, can I take a massage?.....f#@k? WASTE OF TIME. VOID.

They will claim your assignment is long term which is a lie I worked 1 month and took sick time off and I had a doctors note to excuse myself but they still ended my assignmennt. They suck. They dont pay right management was horrible. They paid me under someone whos name was similar to mine and vice versa. So my personal information got released to another person. They told me to cash the check because my account number was on it and they were not going to give me a new one. Had to call corporate office to handle the situation.

Most disrespectful agency ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with, if your looking for work, go somewhere else because these people have no respect for you at all. Workforce is a company that will cut hours from your check so they can profit themselves. They owe me so many hours its frustrating! The other agency Partners Risk is worse! I only applied with these angencies but these guys will exploit you so they can get rich off you and come up with any excuse to get away with it. They owe people hundreds of thousands. No one can live off these checks if you got a car payment,house payment,rent or even food! You just cant afford anything!

I wasted my time with these people for over 2 months of nothing but interviews and false promises over a job. Kristina Hurtado is a liar and couldnt secure the job which she said was mine for over 2 months.1st time she contacted she had me drive to Ontario for an interview with her. She explained the position and I accepted to meet the employer.2nd time, I CONTACTED HER, only to find that the position/shift was taken. She offered another job for same company, I accepted to meet with hiring manager. Dont hear from her for weeks, again.3rd time, she called to set up an interview. I drove to Fontana, the interview went great! Hiring manager told me she wanted a 2nd interview with me. Kristina didnt make it happen. I didnt hear from her in weeks.4th time, I CALLED HER AGAIN. She said the position was eliminated but that the other position she 1st offered was available again. She scheduled another interview, I drove to Fontana again. The interview went well, the hiring manager was interested. I called her to find out, the hiring manager was in fact interested and wanted me to test for computer skills. The agency doesnt have a test for that, really?? She stopped filling me in on what was going on. I text her about it, she blamed it on the hiring manager saying he was taking his time to make his decision.5th time, she called to ask if I was willing to interview again with same manager, I said yes, but not really meant it. At this point I have wasted over 2 months with her bs. I called her back and told her I was no longer interested do to all the back and forth.BOTTOM LINE IS dont waste your time here.

They do not honor their paid sick days policy. I submitted the form and two times it was lost. When you call them, they transfer you to another employee which then transfers you once again to a voicemail. Terrible.

The receptionist was kinda rude. They over environment to apply for a job is kinda uncomfortable. It feels as if the dont care about. They dont have tables for you to fill out applications but they only have clip boards. and with that our had writing can become messy.

Im registered with a bit of agencies and this one is the worst one yet. I started work on a Friday worked for 10 hrs and they get the hrs wrong my ssn on check was wrong address wrong. They didnt even file my direct deposit paper . There a lot of people at the warehouse saying they always having to wait a week for there check. That is not right.

They do not pay the full hours, they left me to owe 24 hours from OT, because they only made us sign at the entrance and exit, but sometimes they lost the sheet and did not pay us, every Friday pure pleading with them.

DO NOT work for this Ajencia. The checks do not have funds and they are very rude. It took almost a month to fix a bounced check. And after seeing him gone to the office many times and seeing acid many calls, the one across the street made the message that he did not know me. WASTE OF TIME !!! Trust the reviews and just don’t get involved in their mess.

To be an agency they lack a lot of ethics and professionalism one has to be holding the faces of bitter people, they are very despotic, I have had many bad experiences with them, checks without funds, you talk to them they never answer or hang you and when they finally answer they do reluctantly, they never found my checks. Thank God I dont work for them anymore.
