It has been issues since day 1 of working with priority workforce. They claim they are working for you but they could care less.THEY WONT PAYMy first day at the job site I wasnt able to work because I did not have the apporiate shoes which the agency failed to tell me about. I purchased regular steel toes and the PW only compensated less than half of the price of the shoes because they claimed they were too expensive. The company I was working for decided to move to a further city so I was no longer going to be able to work for them and I left PW for a different job. My final check was short a day so I contacted PW. They had me fill out a time card and said they would get the client to approve it so they can issue my check. That was a month ago and I have still not been paid. I follow up daily and PW response always is, we will follow up with the client. On one of the occasions that I called, they told me the client was not responding because PW had been emailing a person that was on vacation. I guess that client only has one person for PW to contact. They told me that my time card would finally be approved now that the person has returned from vacation. Now PW are telling me that I have to drive back to PW and fill out another time card in order for them to send to the client. useless. I have been dealing with Paola, Fatima and Susy

Don’t waste your time with this agency. There is no transparency and sent your check to different locations sending you on a wild goose chase FOR YOUR OWN MONEY!! Oh and California tax is 9% yet they take about 20% of your pay check??? how does that make any sense. Don’t bother calling they’re service is terrible, especially with Karina in the front desk. She really doesn’t know what she doing behind that desk..

I’ve been with this agency for over a year already, I’ve never had problems or anything with them they were very understanding. I took a little break when COVID first started but once I came back there were new workers in the office and they were SO unprofessional, they had people waiting in the lobby while they chatted up, the way they talked to me an my friends were so rude, and they let us go due to us not reporting to them after we were told “it’s fine I’ll put it down myself” an got yelled at for not reporting to them...

Jasmine hooked me and my boyfriend out with a job and we start the very next day with pay rate of $15 an hour she’s the best!!! She’s really sweep and funny. I totally recommend her. I will for sure let my friends and family know about her. Please go to her she’s amazing!!!!

Never worked through an agency but this one is pretty bad their communication is off when there was no work they would never call or text the employees and I lived far so I would have to drive back home since there was no work for the day also they don’t always pay you all the hours that are due the communication is really bad and you don’t get paid for holidays I even called to make sure their office was open to pick up my check since I didn’t want to waste gas and they said their office was open and when I got there it was closed ! By far the worst place to work for

Worked at Fab fit fun for 2 weeks people get sent home early and its a waste of time if your looking for long-term assignment. Now its already 3/23/2020 and I still havent received my w2 form and cant even speak to anyone in the office because they dont answer the phone Ill be contacting IRS to get them because these imbeciles cant do their job.

My boyfriend and I went to Priority Workforce yesterday for a job we had heard about. When we walked in, it looked like all of Ontario had heard of the same job 🤦🏾‍♀️ It was PACKED and Jasmine was really the only one there at the moment. Regardless of the crowd and the new trainee she was left to help, (who was also very sweet!) Jasmine was INCREDIBLY patient and had no problem answering our questions while we waited to be called. She even let us know when we would be called so we could go get something to eat while we waited. She took the time during our interview to apologize for the wait, make sure we felt good about the positions that were available, and even helped us with baby names!! Lol 😂 I have had plenty of experience going to agencies for work, and honestly Jasmine has been the ONLY recruiter I’ve seen with such a pleasant attitude and all around great customer service. Also we both left with jobs starting the next day! Thank you so much Jasmine for all your help. You really don’t know what a blessing you were for us ❤️

Great agency has got me a good job with lots of hours and great pay.

I called in advance to have my check left at their office because I no longer worked for the company they sent me to and they said it would be no problem because Ive already recieved my previous check at their office. I go in to finally pick up my check and they dont have it... The lady was trying to charge me $25?? Then says she wont charge me and shell get it to me in 30 min.. One hour 15 min later she yells, shes still here! She didnt say anything to me or apologized. Then!! This greasy lady with a bad weave started to help me. She was incredibly rude and didnt even try to sympathise nicely! Then shes in the phone and start laughing hysterically! She aaked over the phone, you dont have her social?! BAHHAHAH!! AND LOOKS AT ME!! AND ASKS ME FOR MY SOCIAL! THEY TOOK MY SOCIAL 3 TIMES IN THAT SAME VISIT!! FINALLY ONE HOUR AND 48 MIN LATER SHE SAYS, heres your check. Slaps it on the table and says nothing else but to sign in. I dont even have an hour left to get ready for my second job. These people need to be taught to be human.

Very slow process with them, would honestly be better to go somewhere else if you need a job within a week. Also the direct deposit takes 3-6 weeks! Thats just outrageous. StaffMark is a better agency to concider. Get jobs fast and direct deposit is set for your first pay check at StaffMark.

This agency reached out to me and sent me on two interviews with different companies, both companies wanted me but the agency said they offered to little... Dont you think the agency should do their homework on the companys they send their clients to, so were not wasting our time???? Than I called and asked that question and the lady said they dont always ask the pay rate?!?!?! Wow!
