I have yrs going there..lupita does the best job on my hair and my sons hair cut

Ive been going to this hair salon for a year now and Maggy had always been pleasant. Unfortunately, the last two times Ive went were the opposite. Specifically, today which is the reason why I am leaving this review. When I arrived at our appointment at 2:30 pm, which by the way was originally two different times since she kept rescheduling. She instantly started complaining about the time and work she had to do on my hair. Any concerns I had, she replied negatively too and loudly for others to hear which everyone in that room definitely did. It was a horrible experience. Despite it, I remained respectful and intact. Even the elderly man who comes in to sell groceries, gave me encouraging words as he was also been treated wrongly by all the employees. This is an incident I’ve witnessed many times with them and always overlooked. This time I couldn’t. I do not care if he does not have the groceries you need or if he is persistent. You have no right to disrespect a person especially your elders. Theres always a better way to handle a situation. Another thing I disliked about this salon is how much gossip they spoke about their own clients to each other and to other customers. I do not recommend this barber shop/beauty salon. They are very unprofessional and defamatory towards people.

Great staff.. I have been coming here for years already.. And i bring my lil brothers at least 2 times a month to get their hair cut and the ladies here are very friendly .. They already know what kind of hair cut my brothers want when they walk in .. Over all its on of the best barber and beauty salons around

They always cut my beautifully and it grows back quickly. Other places dont cut it right and it takes for ever for my hair to grow back but here they cut it amazingly. The people here are also very nice and make the whole experience very enjoyable.
