This place is too busy for decent service. Expect to wait long, even with scheduled appointment. Bad lack of communication. It took 2 hours to get to the Enterprise dealer .5 miles down the road. As no one notified them to pick me up. On return expect a long wait with no acknowledgement. Have to badger people to help retrieve the vehicle set to pickup. Maybe light on staff during these times?

Should give customers right information. When making appointment and not tell you something if not 💯 sure. Should say let me check on it before responding.

I had an appointment these morning but it seems like like a lot of people had an appointment at the same hour like mine, customer service department need to do a better job with the appointments, had to wait 30 minutes in line.

Good customer service although as typical, very slow. 3hr wait for tune up (4 plugs only)... with an appointment!!! Car runs great.

I got my Toyota Tocoma from her in 2019 and still go there to get my maintenance done. They have great service, I did run into a little problem recently with a recall but it all got resolved. Im really greatful!

Went to John Elway Toyota today to find out how much it would cost for the plastic door handle that came off of my Toyota Camry yesterday they wanted to charge me $149 for estimate and that didnt include the work are labor I was distraught no one never came to my car once I put in the garage and it was horrible I will not be going back
