This company has continued to exceed my expectations. I first called Guillermo last year to clean my refrigerator. Called Guillermo on 05/24/21 and he was at my house the very next day and came back on Thursday with new part and fixed my refrigeration (defrost issue), saving me from buying a new refrigerator. I called Bill at Veteran Air & Appliance for the first time on a Saturday at 11:30 am. He has able to fit me in the same day at 2pm. He informed me of a $60 fee to come out to check my dryer. The fee would be absorbed into my repair costs, if the dryer could be fixed. He arrived timely, was clean, professional & was polite. He checked my dryer and diagnosed the problem within minutes, which showed his years of experience. He repaired it the issue quickly. He also did a yearly dryer service while he had the dryer apart. He definitely has a customer in us, as we will be calling for our next service. I highly recommend him.
