Amazing work! Very beautiful and the price wasnt bad. The nail artist were very nice and the shop has a nice atmosphere. I Will be coming back and recommending others here

Good value for service. Very thorough. I did a spa pedicure. Very relaxing, really took the time. Could be a little warmer with the customer, but service was good, cant deny.

The guy kept leaving during my session for 10 minutes at a time and when he came back he couldnt remember what he was doing so he missed a lot of steps. He was so aggressive with my nails. Hours later and my fingers are still sensitive. My friend went with me and they cut her pretty deep and she bled forever. Never going there again.

Good job just needs to be more careful as they cut my wifes big toe.

Brought my whole family here for a girls day only to be left disappointed in the service and the final product. First our pedicures did nothing to take care of our toe nails. My mother and I have ingrown nails and by looking at our feet you can tell and we expected them to know how to dig them out, considering they are in the business of foot mantince! My grandmother has diabetic feet and had to ask THREE times for the water to be turned down as her feet boiled and were left half taken care of. Full sets/manicure turned out crooked and poorly painted. If youd like something slapped onto your nails and painted then this is the place to go!

I havent had acrylics on in probably 15 years and had no idea what I wanted lol. The woman that did my nails was amazing and so fast!! My nails are perfect!! She helped me pick out a color that was like the pic I had. Im so happy and cant wait to go back and change up my look in a couple weeks!!

Well I took my friend here for a simple manicure for each of us, well the woman that did my nails put the wrong tips on in the beginning and after everything was said and done, I was charged for her mess up. NEVE AGAIN WILL I GO THERE. Very rude. Would not recommend......

After sitting in the seat waiting for 20 minutes, Wynn (so they say his name was) decides to tell me that he can no longer take me which was a complete waste of time and inconvenient. His excuse for not being able to take me was that he hadn’t aten his lunch for the day, which honestly want my fault.My sister in law was getting her nails done by him and he did NOT know what he was doing.Seems like a nice place to get serviced as it is very clean however, please stay away from Wyn.

2 nails broke 3 days after having them done, so they did replace them. And then that same day 2 more nails broke...as of now about a week maybe more later theyve all broken or popped right off :( it was a terrible experience unfortunately. And my girls and I usually always go there a few times a year but deffinatly looking for another nail salon....

I went in for an appointment for a full set for both my sister and I. My total came to $95.00 for 2 sets. Most of my nails aren’t even the same shapes and most of the lengths are different. I left with bleeding fingers cause the lady cut into my fingers with the drill. She filed them so hard that I have burns on the sides of my nails. I asked her if she could be more gentle and she completely ignored me. She failed to push down the skin around my nails so my nails is stuck to my skin due to the glue. And she is completely disrespectful to me while I was trying to talk to her about my nails.This isn’t the first time, I went a few months back to have a full set done and left with bleeding fingers and messed up nails, I thought maybe it was just the person that did my nails and gave them a second try. Mind you my first visit there I paid $35 for a full set and this trip costed $95 for 2 sets

The employees are exceptional and very nice, they fix what other salons mess up, be it nails, feet, or waxing, I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

I have been going to this nail salon since they opened. Today I ended my service with them. I have always liked the way Nicky does nails but for some reason she is always mad at the world when you go there. She doesn’t talk to you at all which is very unprofessional. I was having issues with her trying to get advance appointments and she becomes very snotty. So I am not sure if anyone else has had this issue but I am no longer dealing with rude people.

The woman who did mine tonight did get. Made me feel comfortable.

I got my nails done on Friday by Sunday two of them had fallen off the tips. I went on Sunday to have my two nails fixed and the owner was very rude and rough. When I had left the salon on Sunday as I got to my next Destiination I took my seatbelt off and the fix nail lifted again. I contacted the owner to let him know that my nails are falling off again for him to tell me that he thought I was lying. I just glued my nail back down with superglue and that one has stayed on now for a day. Today doing dishes my other hand had another nail pop off. I’m very disappointed and disgusted with the customer service and results of their service.I have now contacted Jenny nails in Rome New York and they are fixing his work for free. Mind you passion nails charged me $65 for my nails to be falling off for days after having them done. I highly do not recommend passion nails in Oneida New York

I always have a great experience. They are quicker so if you like that elongated experience at other salons it may not be for you but I dont have time to sit in a nail salon for hours. I like the fact I can get my nails done on my work lunch hour. The gel nail polish always lasts and I have never had an issue. I highly recommend their service. The owner is very friendly.

My nails are clearly uneven and each nail is a different shape. The polish job is awful. My friend was charged $15 extra for what was supposed to be only $3 extra. The woman who did my nails had me pay and give a tip and painted my nails before saying she forgot to charge me an extra $5. I would be fine with paying the extra $5 if I didn’t know that it was only $3 and didn’t have any more money on me.

Went in for a gel dip at 6:10 on Saturday night, the salon was not full- there were only 3 other patrons in there. I was told that I was too late, they close at 6- I apologized because I thought they closed at 7, then they said Well we do, but we dont like to take people after 6 because then we cant leave at 7 So beware- technically they close an hour before their sign says they do. I felt totally snubbed, and Ive been a customer for years. Ive had a few unpleasant experiences there, being rushed, received rude service, but I always gave the benefit of the doubt, but after this I wont be going back. MC nails is much better anyways. Cleaner, more personal-able and Im not just another $ when I go there. Thanks for nothing.

I went in to get a full set. The lady doing them hurt me so bad. She was bending a twisting my fingers she made me bleed when she used the dremmel all nails are think and uneven. I asked for a design on each of my ring fingers she put a design on all of them when i told her thats not what i wanted she said to late and continued on she smudged the paint it was just awful plus it cost me 37 dollars. I came home took the polish off and painted them to myself.

Ive gone here for a little over six years now. They are by far the best in town. Theyre friendly and efficient. They take their customer service to a whole new level. Getting greeted by my first name is always a pleasure. Ive never had any issues with this place, and I will continue coming back. This is definitely the best place to go!

The last time I got my nails done here by Kim, they were AMAZING! Thats why I went back today but this time my nails look awful. I chose a mood changing color that was a vibrant pink on the sample nail but it was translucent when applied. I asked for a different one and just kept being told that it would change, which I was aware of when I chose it but it wasnt even the right one or else the polish was bad. Im not sure but I sure do know that I am very disappointed right now. Not to mention the design was very sloppy and not at all what I showed her. I feel like I just threw $28 out the window. Very upset. Wont be back.

Tried the gel dip for the first time . The gel dip coating spit / cracked and made my original nail spit /crack in half . My nails were filled down with a rotary file tool that made the layer of my nail to thin and break side to side right in the middle with the hard gel dip coating . It was so painful . Couldn’t let anything touch the nail till I was able to soak the gel off and cut my original nail as low as I could so it would not bend down to the split. Going to try and post a pic .I recommendation is do not let them file the top of your nails with the rotary file tool they use . Ruined all my nails. Just glad only one split . Very painful

I used to love this place. Always had good luck. Until I decided to get an acrylic set there for the first time. The lady was quite unfriendly and the nails were bad. She filed my skin until it bled and then put acetone on it. That hurt like a mother. The nails themselves were chunky and uneven and even though I asked for a certain length she made them longer. Definitely dont recommend for acrylics, but they seem to be okay for mani pedis.

Got a pedicure. We were walk ins and didnt have to wait at all. The staff was very attentive and did a great job.

Disappointed, use to get excellent service. Staff was arguing among self loudly and made customers feel uncomfortable. Might try a new place, too bad most of workers are good here.

It was fast but the girl who did mine didnt pay attention while doing my nails. My nails have skin particles under the gel and one does look like it got cracked.

My opposite nails for each hand are way off and he forgot to matte them... Not happy plus they are not angled the same for each nail do not recommend also one of the employees was each her lunch on the table where people get there nails done and she was on her phine, unprofessional
