I went into the Verizon store in Oneida to add a line and purchase a phone for my son. The representative, Tom, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was also training so he had questions coming from both myself and the trainee. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He went into detail about my upcoming bills and was thorough! Highly recommend this store!

Joseph Smith came up to us the minute we entered the Verizon store in Oneida. We were a bit undecided on what we wanted. He was VERY helpful! Awful experience. Rude and not helpful. I have been buying phones from this store for many years. Sometimes the services is very good, but my recent trip to the store and a phone call to the store to get help setting up a new phone were both horrible. Not helpful and not willing to delve deeper into the issues i was having. I finally called My Verizon directly and got help.

Fantastic customer service! We purchased a tablet and Bryce Nixon gave us different options, was very patient with us even when we asked him tons of questions. He was friendly and great with our kids. I even had the chance to witness an irate customer come into the store and Bryce handled the matter calmly and very professionally. Once he was done speaking with the customer, I noticed the customer realized his mistake and all was well!

We decided to try our local version store and not one of the corporate stores because of reviews we read about both and could not be happier Anthony was awesome with the whole process of switching carriers and phones I would highly recommend this store to anyone with my experience so far

Dont go there!!!! I was supposed to get a new phone, the staff did all the phone set up for me.A short time later, the phone started having issues.I opened the bag to review contents,and there was a green sticker on the phone box!!! Refurbished!! The contract was for NEW!! They were terrible ☹️ and Verizon as a company was just as bad.The company sent another refurbished!! Done for good.

We had good service and the staff was able to answer our questions. They are pretty aggressive with up selling and extra accessories. The cell phone cases are expensive too. $40 to $60 for a normal case.
