I really wanted to like this place. The outside of vehicle was clean, Ill give them that, even the engine was clean. The inside had issues. I mentioned the dash board had some adhesive on it, and was still sticky when I got the car back. The inside of my console, the fabric liner was tore to pieces.The trunk area began seeping some kind of liquid from out of the carpet. Which I didnt notice till days later. I actually thought something was wrong with my vehicle and took it into a repair shop because of the greasy, liquid.. in which nothing mechanically was wrong, but of course got billed by them for checking. I was told it was some kind of product from when they detailed my vehicle.They also missed numerous places where dirt, debris, that was left behind and didnt get vacuumed. The ceiling of car was not very clean. The windows were never rolled down and cleaned because the edges of glass were dirty. The compartment in truck was never touched, I know this because I had to take everything out and when I go to put stuff back in.. it was still dirty.I realize people make mistakes, but paying close to $200 for auto detailing and they had the vehicle All Day. I expected it to be better on the inside. I accepted the carpet stains werent gonna come out, but it seems like they didnt even try. The worst part was the trunk and the greasy liquid that I had to use paper towels to keep blotting to absorb all the liquid out! The first pic shows the debris left behind, that could have easily been vacuumed, same with 2nd pic.. these also show the greasy liquid pooling up, after detailing! 3rd pic shows the stain that was left from their liquid.. I kept blotting and blotting.. smelled mechanical. Keep in mind I never knew the issue at the time, because the vehicle was WET when we got it back, (so of course I couldnt see this stain) and were told to leave the windows open to dry. It wasnt till days later when all water dried up.. then this grease emerged! I had other problems that other reviews mentioned like the brake and gas pedal were greasy when I got the vehicle back, this I was prepared for yet still dangerous. I would NOT recommend and I WILL NOT RETURN. 2 Thumbs down in my book.

I dropped my car off about 9am and wasnt able to get it until 6pm. I was aware of this before I made my appointment so I had arranged pick ups and drop offs with my ride. It was inconvenient to be without my car, however, the job done was nothing short of amazing! My car was the cleanest Ive ever seen it, from door jambs to the trunk. The only part I didnt like was that my seats were still wet from the shampooing but thats not a huge deal as they gave me a towel and plastic cover for my seat until it dried. The lady at the front (I believe she was the owner) was awesome to chat with while I waited for the girls in the back to finish up the job. This will now be my go-to place for detailing. I have a friend with a shop that does the same work and I wont even take it to them anymore because I know here I will be 100% satisfied. My car is only 2 years old but has been driven over 45,000 miles and now it looks newer than the day I bought it. For $100, I couldnt ask for more.

Michelle and her staff were great to work with. I scheduled my car to go in and the day of my appointment my ride accidentally made other plans. Michelle was completely understanding and I had no issues rescheduling. I scheduled 2 vehicles back to back. I was able to drop off the day prior without any issues and both vehicles were ready by 4:00 PM.Both of the vehicles were cleaner than the day we drove them off the dealership lot. I have 2 kids and thanks to them I have a lot of crumbs, stains and some weird blue chalky substance on my backseats. All of that was gone! Are surfaces a little squeaky feeling? Yep. If you want fingerprints, dust and dirt to stay off longer a product will need to be used to make that happen. Did anything get stolen out of my cars? Nope. I took EVERYTHING out like I was told to. I have recommended NLAS to several people, I am extremely happy with my results, and I will go back.

My Jeep always comes back SPARKLING when I take it to New Life! I work as a full time wildlife rehabber and after our busy summer season my Wrangler is always disgusting from hauling wildlife, Im always amazed when I get it back, it looks like a brand new vehicle! Michelle is always so sweet too!

I honestly don’t understand where the negative reviews come from. I work in customer service myself and the way I’m treated here is exceptional. It’s been over a year since the first time I’ve had my car detailed and Michelle still remembered me just from a voicemail I left when I wanted to get my car detailed for a second time! She’s extremely friendly and trustworthy. She let me know ahead of time that I need to take everything out of my car including any paper work So they wouldn’t get lost or put back into the wrong car. My car is the cleanest it’s ever been. (Cleaner than when I bought it honestly) Will not go anywhere else for a detail because I know here at the New Life Auto Spa that I will be 100% satisfied with the end result. You do have to drop your car off early in the morning and pick it back up later in the day but she was very accommodating when I told her I needed my car back by 3pm instead of 5pm. It was cleaned and ready by 3pm and not a minute later. The second time she let me drop my car off the night prior so I wouldn’t have to wake up early which is not my normal routine and hard for me to do as I am a heavy sleeper! Love this place! Had to share my experience after reading a few negative reviews I feel are undeserving. Thank you Michelle!

I fully agree with Liv Millers review. I believe that some people are incapable of being pleased and just want something for nothing. I have referred no less than a dozen people to this business. Only one person has claimed to have a bad experience (see my point above). I personally have had 7 of my cars tinted by these guys and have always had a great experience. Have I had a bubble or two, yes. Did they take care of it, yes. On one of my cars, the tint started to peel, they removed it and reinstalled new tint at no cost to me. Nobody is perfect. As long as they are willing to stand behind their workmanship, I will be a customer for life. Keep up the great work Michelle!!!!!

THE BEST PLACE EVER! My car was destroyed on the inside from my toddler, there were so many spills and stains from food and drinks. They did everything possible to make sure ALL of the stains came out! I did not expect my car to look brand new again, but it does! They did it in such a timely manner as well. The owner is such an amazing person and went above and beyond what she had to for me, she is one of the sweetest and kind hearted people I’ve met! I will recommend them to everyone!

Made an appointment in advance to have window tinting completed. Took off work arranged transportation and dropped off my car at the scheduled time. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle nothing had been completed and I was offered to reschedule. I’ll pass if you can’t even call and tell someone there has been delay. WOW!! I had my 5 year-old car detailed at New Life Auto Spa last week and it looks like a brand new car now! Hands down a great value for the money.

I Googled the business before I bought a Groupon, and at the time didnt realize the business is actually called Auto Tint & Toys and New Life Auto Spa is just one of their services. The owners (I gathered that they are a husband and wife duo) make it pretty clear with how they interact with people that they arent business people.First, the lack of professional signage makes it hard to find. Walking in, there is no one to greet you, and I had to knock on the door to the garage area on two separate occasions when I arrived (both dropping off and picking up my vehicle), which was awkward. The place has a shady feel to it.Of course, these initial perceptions could have be taken with a grain of salt if I had a good experience with the service. Unfortunately, there was slight damage done. When I took it back in to show them, I was (bizarrely) accused of lying. Luckily, I could prove one of the items, and even with proof it took 25 minutes of them bullying me to make it right and give me a partial refund to cover the cost of the damage. It escalated quickly and the energy I spent with these people made the entire experience beyond disappointing. I would have rather dealt with reasonable people who care about their customers and received no partial refund than go through that turmoil.TL;DR: If you do choose to go here, do yourself a favor and take timestamped photos of your cars interior/exterior beforehand so they cant do the same to you in the unfortunate event there are damages.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They WRECKED the front end of my car (of course denying this happened on their property or on their time), stole money in my car and have been uncooperative and unresponsive. Requested video from my car being there (so I can prove they smashed my car as well as stealing from me) and they DID NOT RESPOND. I have filed a police report for theft. This place is really worth ZERO STARS. An employee named Chris took a customers car for 12 hours and decided to drive it 300 miles (scratches on door/keyed both doors/windshield cracked/ashes & white powder inside) Never fixed the breaks or detailed the car like she paid for! But decided to go on a field trip and pick up 2 hookers & got arrested. Police called us at 3 in the morning! I would NEVER recommend this place! #Nightmare

Long story short, horrible experience! This tint shop was recommended to me by a colleague of mine. I will never go back. I will never refer this place to anyone. They don’t clean up after their work. Our tint in the back window still had bubbles after 2 weeks ( we were told to let them know after 2 weeks of it still had bubbles). My wife called many times to get ahold of someone, they blocked her phone number. My wife went down there after calling them *69 style so they wouldn’t recognize the number. Gave them options. Please either fix your work, or refund us. After going back and forth, they will fix the work. Words can not express how bad this experience was! I wish I could give a 0. Don’t go there!

Worst experience ever! Paid over $105 on groupon then their $17 tax and tip. When I called and talk to them and sent pictures there was an excuse of we dont do that we dont do that so what exactly do you do for that $110 is what I ask them. Well what I got for a $100 I could have went to a $10 car wash for very disappointed and expect me to drop what Im doing after sending all the pictures and bring it back and highly do not recommend taking your vehicle there

If you can allow them the time to detail your vehicle it is very worth it! Got a Groupon rate for a birthday present for an 8 year old car that has been all over the country with just normal cleaning. Left them my car for a whole day, when I got it back it was like I just took it off the showroom floor, inside and out! A couple of small things that were overlooked but once you see everything they do it is hard to fault a couple spots. Very worth the price paid if you can spare the time and your vehicle!

New Life Auto Spa runs Groupon deals often, which makes the service well worthwhile. Ive noticed a little residue in the corners of the windshield on the inside of the car, but otherwise have been completely satisfied by their thorough service.

I got a groupon for this place and at first I was seriously hesitant due to reading the few bad reviews. However I had a great experience. If you are paranoid that something will happen to your car all I can say is take before and after pictures but I didnt have an issue what so ever. Getting a hold of them is pretty difficult but they do return calls and a voicemail the same day. Customer service is pleasant, the dog is cute and huge, and my window tint is awesome. I will be going back for my windshield tint.Only bad thing I can say is that I wish the process was faster I waited a whole day for my car to be ready.

I hate having to post bad reviews, but honestly I was not impressed with my detail. If I’m paying “professionals” to detail my 8 month old SUV, I expect for it to look like I just drove it off the lot, and not feel like I need to go home and clean it. The leather seats were so oily that I didn’t want to touch them, and when I got home I had to wipe them all down to remove the oil, and there was still dirt and debris in multiple places. I had asked them to remove some adhesive film from the chrome around one of my windows left from the stickers at purchase, and that wasn’t done either. I have two labs who shed a lot and they did get a lot of the hair out of the back but there was still quite a bit left, though that was honestly the least of my worries as it will get hairy again. It just didn’t look like a professional job. After I pointed out several things, they did make an attempt to fix it, but acted like i was inconveniencing them and the gal at the front seemed a little defensive. I dropped it off at 9 am and they were rushing to finish it at 7 pm, told me that someone called in. I was kind of put off at my first impression of their store as it’s not very inviting, hard to find, and seems dirty and disorganized, but I try not to judge a book by its cover. Overall just not a good experience. I would not recommend.***edited to add, my weather tech floor mats and pedals are so oily and slippery that with the little bit of rain this morning I almost wrecked twice due to my feet slipping. I’ve never had a “professional” detailer just slather my vehicle in armor-all and call it good. And once the carpet dried I can still see all of the salt from winter which is the main reason I wanted the detail in the first place. If I could give zero stars at this point I would.

Poor results for interior detail even after second attempt. I visited with the owner asking specifically to have our light gray upholstered seats and carpet cleaned. We discussed treating a stain on the rear passenger seat bottom and I left the vehicle for the afternoon. At 6:30 pm, I called and asked if it was ready for pick up. She said her guy was just finishing up. I was there within 10 minutes and the guy came in from the garage area and asked her if it needed and exterior wax. She told him no which indicated to me that she may not have explained quite what I was looking for. The stain was better but still pretty easy to see. I took the car home and noticed overspray on the inside of the windows so got busy cleaning as the car was as gift for our son who just turned 16. I decided to blot the stained area with a clean paper towel and got lots of color and more of the stain out. This is when I decided to take the car back the next morning thinking maybe they just didnt have time or perhaps overlooked the area. I spoke with the owner (she didnt seem to know much about products used or process) and the (spanish) guy that would be doing the work and left the car for the day after pulling out the back seat so they could get at everything easier. I received a call asking if it could be left overnight and picked up at 11 am the next day. I picked it up at 1 pm and and the stained area was sticky and with no improvement. The guy showed me that he soaked the seat with straight Simple Green and I believe he only used a towel to blot it away. Needless to say, I took it home and have been using hot water and my shop vac for several hours trying to get the sticky soap out. The extracted water is disgusting but I know the stain is now gone. What a waste of time and $80! Now you know which reviews to believe...

The owner was a completely rude and as an owner you should definitely try to make things right and she did the complete opposite of that.Warning take a lot of pics before and after inside and out bc they will always try and say its not on them for damages done or work not being xomplcomp and they have cleptos working there. Horrible and I repeat horrible service! Made an appointment at 2:30 we arrived at 2:30 was told the job would take an hour so left and 1 hour later they called to say they were just getting started on the car so we returned to the place roughly 3:40 & they still had yet to even move the car. Finally around 5:40 they were done but thats 3 hours to tint 2 front windows and a sun strip... Highly recommend to avoid this place unless you plan to leave your car for a day!

My daughter took her car in to have the two front windows tinted at 20% along with the sun-strip on the windshield, There was something under the tint on the driverside window causing roughness and bubbles, and on the passenger side and sun-strip there are multiple bubbles, called the shop a week later and had them look at it and they said it wasnt worth replacing because it could come out worse & the bubbles wont cause it to peel so they wouldnt replace it, but did replace the driver side tint.

You can tell that they really rushed the cleaning didnt get any of the crests as well as didnt even touch and refused to tiuch the ceiling as well as the visors or anything and to really top it off i know have a nice new deep scratch on my car that all they will say is well we dont put anything near it so it was allready there. worst place to have ur car detailed at. take my advise before you regrete and go anywere else before you have the experience like i just did.

Two weeks ago, to the day, I purchased a new vehicle from a dealership. My car was lacking tint so I decided to go on to Groupon to see what kind of deals I could get. I mean, after spending thousands on a new car, I wanted to try and save some money by not having it done at the dealership. I am kicking myself for doing that, because my story ends with me now having to spending 2-3 times more than if I just would have gone to the dealership.I found a Groupon for a place called “Auto Tint N Toys (New Life Auto Spa)”. Seemed like a pretty good deal, so I started researching on Google to see what kinds of ratings they were getting. Mostly positive, but then I read one from 9 months ago that said they damaged a vehicle, and the company denied any involvement and were blaming the customer. That made me nervous, but I decided that it probably wouldn’t happen to me, and that it was just some extremely angry customer making it up.Problem is, the same thing just happened to me. I left my car with them without a scratch and when I came to pick it up, I immediately noticed a three inch gash on my driver’s side rear fender. I was furious, and when I went and talked to them about it, they gave me every excuse as to how it couldn’t have possibly been them, saying things like “we don’t have anything in the shop that could even do that” or “you must have bought it like that and didn’t even notice”. I am a very observant person, and that is how I noticed the giant scratch on my car within 15 seconds of inspection. It didn’t come like that from the dealership.My car was in perfect condition when I took it in, and now I am going to have to spend another $500 some dollars getting my paint job repaired, because they failed to be decent custodians of my car while it was in their care. There was a total lack of accountability, and the fact that they were saying it was all my fault, and they couldn’t have possibly been to blame, tells me this place does not deserve to be in business. I wish I would have listened to that one Google review and stayed away, because I got the exact same treatment that person did. You might be reading this review thinking it won’t happen to you. Well I thought the same thing, and I regret my decision to go there. If you decide you still want to spend your money there, do yourself a service and take pictures beforehand. That way if they damage your vehicle they don’t give you some BS response on how it was your fault and not theirs.They probably thought I was trying to shake them down for money. Well I got nothing from them. If I was shaking them down I would have left it at that. However, I was not shaking them down, and now I decided to instead use the power of the internet to warn everyone I can to stay away. Use my story as a warning on how you will get treated. Take you business to some place that can take care of your vehicle and take accountability for their actions.

I went here about a month ago and the tint job is amazing, there were two very slight imperfections and the owner personally took care of them and made everything perfect. 5/5 would recommend this place to anyone needing windows tinted
