The best they were able to help me without turning me away. I loved there service and will be renting again from them in the future.

If possible I would give Budget as a whole 0 stars. Not only was I transfered a total of 6 times. I was given incorrect information about the cost, additional charges and payments. The customer service was horrible and the phone representatives were very rude. My father was also treated poorly when he tried to pick up the rented vehicle. I do not recommend this rental service.

The shuttle drivers were very helpful both to and from the airport. Very fast and easy in and out to the airport and back. The cashier was very helpful as well. She told us that next time we should reserve directly so we dont have to pay the fee online.

Great experience. Booked online for an additional discount and then paid when we left the lot. Picked up pretty quickly and shuttled to the airport and then picked up very quickly after our flight. Lady at checkout was delightful. Best price we could find and car was in good shape when we returned.

She is resist her name is Megan she charge me 170 less than an a hour for nothing I just rent a van but my family didn’t like it, from their office to home is for that money I call 1800—- and they told me it’s a private budget company I should have know that earlier?????

When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, we had great service. They were very friendly and attentive. It all went downhill from there. The car we were loaned had some issues. I understand that its not their fault the car had issues, but I was extremely frustrated with the way the handled things. At first, we were told to try to fix the issue on our own. I honestly couldnt believe they told us that. Then they called back and told us we could drive to a different location and exchange our car. My husband spent the whole morning exchanging the car. When he returned, he had a vehicle way smaller than what we originally had. We couldnt even fit all of our luggage in the back. We were both frustrated because we flew home to spend the weekend with family, but were stuck dealing with car issues instead. When we returned the car, I asked about getting any type of discount for all the issues. I was told to call a number. Ive called the number. Multiple times. The time someone answered and wrote down my number so a manager could call me back. Did the manager call me? Nope. I tried calling many times after that, but no one seems to answer the phone. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. When I fly home next time, I will be going with a different company.

I’ve used this parking lot service over a dozen times and have been impressed each time. Shuttles are fast with friendly drivers. The woman who does checkout at night is my favorite- nice as they come! Thanks budget!

The customer service skills at this particular location is trash. They never answer the phone and sometimes they will pick up and hang up instead of asking you to hold. I returned a car on Sunday July 8th. I left my very expensive Kate Spade umbrella in the trunk of the car(red Toyota corolla), I immediately called on Monday morning at 8am when I knew the location I returned to opened for the day. The phone just rung rung rung and then someone picked up and hung up on me. I tried calling for the rest of the day and the phone was busy. A worker called me towards the end of the day from her personal cell phone and said that the phone lines had been down all day and she would check and call me back. She never called back. I have had to continuously call and Im not getting anywhere. I keep getting told that the contract states that Budget is not responsible for lost or stolen items and that the car is out on rental. If the car is thoroughly cleaned like I keep getting told then someone who works there saw my umbrella b/c it is big and hard to miss. Which means that someone took my umbrella. I have spoken to a Rochelle and just recently today Sandy(who was getting loud with me.). I advised her that I want to see the cameras of the car being cleaned and she stated that she will not watch the cameras with me. I will no longer do business with Budget rental car if I cannot get any answers. Someone who works there saw or have my umbrella.

Staff was great, truck did its job. Gave 5 stars for the staff but the truck was about a 3 star.

Inexpensive airport parking for when you are away for a while. Shuttle to the airport runs often.. We got on as we got out of our car in fact. If you are going to park for a long while this is a great choice.

The employee at the original location charged my card instead of putting a hold on the card. When I went to return the vehicle I was informed that I would have to pay so when I presented my card for payment my bank would not allow for a second payment for the same amount after contacting my bank and verifying the amount in question was already paid and presenting proof i was then asked to either use a different card or pay cash for a rental I had already paid for. I declined and was told they could keep charging me although they had the car b/c they were unable to close the ticket a manager eventually came from a different location and forced the ticket closed needless to say it is now resolved but I wont be doing business with them ever again

Terrible service! We did not get the vehicle reserved and what we got instead cost double the gas to travel to the same place we traveled last year. I WOULD NOT recommend renting a car from this company in general.........I say this because this is not the first time I have experienced not even substandard service with this company.

They gave my SUV away to someone else and then tried to get me to rent this other suv that the back window would open up when u start and stop the SUV I SHOULD OF BELIEVE WHAT THE OTHER PEOPLE WAS RATING THEM. SO TAKE IT FROM ME DO NOT RENT FROM THEM A WASTE OF TIME.

This is a review for the Car Rental and not their Parking facility. Do not use this car rental facility to return a car after hours. I returned a one day car rental at this facility after hours and it was checked in and marked as returned 5 days later. Absolutely unbelievable. Nobody will return any phone calls for over 4 days regarding this and the only way to fight is to contact the credit card. Absolutely horrible. Make sure not to use.

Ive used this company twice now and both times Ive been pleasantly supprised by the professionalism of the employees for how inexpensive it is to park here. Neither time did I have to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle at their lot or on my return at the airport. I strongly recommend this place to anyone needing airport parking.

Rented a Lincoln Navigator .very sweet ride. Good service at the front desk. All around good experience.

HORRIBLE! Charged my credit card two days after drop off because they didnt properly check it in. Phone support was no help and rude. Two weeks later auto charged my card for addtional expenses without my concent. The follow-up to fix these was a joke with nothing but excuses and run around. It is just not that particular rental office, but the mentality of their business. I will never rent anything from Budget ever again.

I have used them a few times in 2016 and they have great customer serviced. Loved the 2016 Explorer and Jeep!

The shuttle followed us to our parking spot, the friendly driver put our larger luggage into the shuttle for us, and he got us to the airport promptly.

If youre looking for a great place to park your car when you go on a trip Budget is it. They provide shuttle service to and from the lot and theres never much of a wait.

Had heavy snow while we were away. They offered no help in getting us out after they plowed our car in, only referred us to a $40 tow service that ended up being $70+ tax. Our cheap airport parking ended up costing the same as if we had parked in a garage. Worst customer service ever. I will never do this again!

My go to for parking at Eppley simply because they charge you per 24hrs instead of $6 per calender day like the airport parking does. Oh and your 7th day is free so thats another benefit.

My husband travleed from California to pick up some things out of storage. Reseved out truck a week ahead. And they refused us our truck because of the card type leaving my husband stranded trying to find a new way home. Horrible customer service.

It was very cold and the shadow pulled up right behind us period on our return flight they were there before we could even look up the number and who exactly which row are car was parked in. Came back to use them again after not traveling for a few years because they were great in the past when I travel frequently and was only $7 a day to park
