Super helpful...loaded plants in the pouring rain after spending over an hour helping us pick out plants and trees for our landscaping. We had zero idea on how to choose our plants and had no real idea what we wanted. They reviewed pictures of our space and measurements and walked us around and helped us understand the characteristics of each plant/tree. The experience could have not been better! What we ended with looks amazing! Would recommend Yanos to everyone! Way better and more knowledgeable than other larger nurserys. They actually cared about our project and wanted to see pictures when done! Amazing service and even better people! .....and the pricing is great.....

If you have ANY tree issues, Yanos is the place to go! Ask to work with Josh and his crew. They planted 12 trees for us and stayed in touch months later to help maintain them. Wonderful men on the crew who know their trees and very personable service. You will feel like you have a friend in the tree business not like just another customer.

Went in and purchased a large Cleveland pear. Sales staff I though was great seamed very friendly. Come to find out that they either do not train there employees on policy or something. Was told the tree had a one year warranty. Well out of the 20 trees I planted this one died and they are now telling me that they will not honor the warranty.

We just ordered two Yoshino Cherry trees and everyone from Yanos was professional and respectful from time of ordering, to the crew that came out to plant the tree. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves and were very kind! Something you dont see everywhere these days. They did a fantastic job and we will definitely be working with them in the future for additional landscaping.

We purchased a birch tree from Yano’s when we first moved into our home seven years ago. It was a year that many birch trees were struggling. It seemed to do fine until the next year. When we called and sent them pictures of our tree, they had someone out to prune it and do a fertilizer treatment within a few days. We haven’t had any issues since outside of needing an iron treatment this year. Their customer service was great. We will definitely consider purchasing future plants from them.

I’ve had 3 major projects with Yano Nursery, the 1st doing all my landscaping for my new home. They helped provide options for the designs, project was on time and they communicated any changes to the schedule, and the workers on site were courteous and did a high quality job. Plants that didn’t survive the winter were promptly replaced in the spring- no questions asked. It’s been 3 yrs and all plants are healthy and growing nicely. I would definitely include Yano Nursery to design and offer a bid for any project- big or small! Very customer and service focused.

If anyone is in the market for new trees, I would highly recommend checking out Yanos Nursery. Joe took us around the property, told us about each one of the trees and helped us make the best decision for us (which isnt easy when you and your spouse arent on the same page). Joe listened to the bickering and sided with my wife which is probably why theyve been in business so long.

Purchased top soil from them several weeks ago. I have used them almost every year for mulch. It is the worst dirt I have ever seen. I paid $120 for probably 10 wheel barrows and it had river rock in it and chunks of steel belt tires- literally chunks of rubber tire with wires sticking out! While transferring it to my wheel barrow, I noticed also several seedlings in the dirt also, so now we have lots of weeds in our raised garden beds. I called them and asked if this was actually the top soil I ordered or maybe they accidentally brought fill dirt. Was told on the phone after they talked with the owner that thats just the way it is. The dirt has now hardened so much that our plants struggle to grow in it. Will no longer use them for anything.

I would not recommend using this company- easily the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I called a few months ago and spoke with Joe to let him know what I was looking for. Joe was initially very friendly and promised on several occasions to drop by to give me a bid. Each time he blew off our appointments, Id call back, hed tell me something came up but hed be by in the next day or two...then nothing. Now he wont return a phone call, VM, etc. Id give them 0 stars if that was an option.

Joe and his crew are there to help make your landscape look amazing. They are fast and courteous workers who take pride in their work. If a tree/shrub needs replaced under warranty they take care of it without a fight. I reference anyone looking for quality product with good service to yanos.

Yanos came out and landscaped my front yard. Called last week to question some plants that they planted in my yard. Contacted Nick Hardy and he responded right away and said the plants were in fact weeds and he would be by the next day to take care of the issue. Never showed up and has ignored repeated phone messages and emails. This caused me to inventory the plants in my yard to the bill. Realized I was shorted 11 plants to the tune of $110.00. Very disappointed.

We stopped in on a rainy saturday, got lots of help immediately from the staff and owner. We went outside looked at many trees on the lot (in the rain) and were never hurried or rushed. I wish I knew the name of the young man who helped us, but he was knowledgable and patient with us as we chose our trees. Once we did, the next monday and tuesday, the utilities had come to mark the yard and on wednesday morning Yanos had our trees planted already. They look great! The guys didnt leave a mess and they even took some of the sod from of the planting sites and filled in a bare patch in my yard where my grass seed didnt take. They even disposed of the heavy root ball from the dead tree I took out the day before. And the size and quality of my trees for the price we paid are outstanding. So, yeah, FIVE STARS!

I had this nursery deliver and install soil/compost along with mulch to make new flower beds around my house. Not only did they give me fill dirt instead of the amended soil I asked for but the communication with the company was terrible...like really terrible. I was steer clean of this company. They may have the lowest bid, but theres a reason for that.
