Just spent the last three hours fixing this guys computer, watching how he treats customers, and Ive got to tell you I ever need a stump removed Im calling him. Hes hilarious and has a great personality, and I saw strong Integrity too. 11/10

OTS has a great staff and great prices on tree removal and the mulch products they sell. Great all around and very efficient.

Never used them personally. But my wife and I were at the intersection of 52nd and Blondo, and their truck was turning left from Blondo street, onto 52nd street (north), and if my wife didn’t swiftly put the car into reverse, and back up, he 100% would have hit our car, NO DOUBT. It was extremely close AFTER we had backed up.... please figure out who that was, and tell them to be careful while driving!I’m sure your services are great, but your drivers represent the company, and I have two kids in the car. Please address this. Thank you.

Do not use this place! What a mess. Never answers the phone. Didn’t call back. Gave me a quote for a tree removal and backed out of the written quoted price. Jeff the owner tells me all the reasons it would cost more. He was the person that bid the job. I do not recommend this business.

Good area to dump tree clippings

They were trimming next door to my house. Completely blocked my driveway so I had no way in or no way out; left a huge mess; was told they couldn’t use our property to do this and yet they still did. They even killed the grass in my side yard from the use of their Bob cat hauling logs!

Omaha Tree Service is the BEST!!! Such a professional outfit. They show up for appointments when they say they will, have very reasonable estimates (they were actually the lowest of the ones we got), and then do great work. They were extra-careful with taking down a tree right next to our house and did great cleanup -- I really appreciated that. And then, on top of that, they followed up on something I asked them about months later, even though they had already been paid. Ive already recommended them to one friend for tree removal, and I know Ill recommend Omaha Tree to others!

Service was excellent

Im giving such a low rating because of the lack of response I had received Im getting the job done. It took them nearly a month and a half to schedule and reschedule and reschedule me. I understand that storms happen and what not but being promised it was going to happen and not happen over and over again was just a little bit too much. Once they got there they were did a great job cleaning up and a great job on the lower part of the tree. I had one of the crewmen tell me we couldnt get any higher. When the bid was for a complete tree trim only half of the tree was done. I then called my salesperson the next day and asked him about it his response was Ill come out and take a look at it I then waited over a month all I received was the bill. I did not feel that I needed to continue to call them and remind them. Its interesting because I was referred to them by 2 people a neighbor and a co-worker who both had good success with them. So I guess its just hit or miss on whether or not you have good service with them or not.

The owner treats his employees horribly and doesnt care about them at all
