They cleaned all the debris and a tree that another company left (Inkd Out Construction). GP did a phenomenal job of removing all debris that was left and removing the partial tree that the other company left. They have great staff and great communication. We will definitely work with them again!

We used this business before for tree services and had a great experience. Good price and service.This last time we requested that my husband be there (certain trees we wanted removed and other maintained) to explain. They said no problem as before. No call. Nothing. We only knew they came because our security camera went off. We didnt even get an estimate...not that they knew what we wanted done. Just a random person walking around our yard. Not a call, estimate, email. Nothing.We will take our business elsewhere. Unsure as to why send someone out when they arent going to do a job and provide a service. Both of us were a few miles away; purposely to be accessible.

I had two jobs that they were hired for. They completed one and ignored the other. Didn’t bother telling me why. I’ve been trying to reach them through text and calls but no replies in nearly two weeks. Unreliable and disappointing.

I hired this company over 2 months to take down a tree in my yard and they have not told me a time that they would come. I’ve tried sending emails, texts, calls and haven’t gotten a response back

These guys rock!!Sunday just before noon, I hear a loud crack and thump. A branch has fallen into the street. Id emailed Great Plains to have my trees removed per their recommendation but then this happens.I called the guy that gave me an estimate and asked him what should I do. Carl said Im on my way! He called 911 and got the police out to block the road. You would not believe the idiots who had tried to drive under it! He then talked the officer into calling the city to move the branch out of the street. Monday morning, Carl and his crew were back and went to work. They even flushed a varmint... raccoon... and then back at it.They cleaned everything up. What a relief to not worry abut those trees!They did an exceptional job! They were efficient friendly and courteous.Call them and they will take good care of you!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Great Plains tree care truly impresses every time! They came out and removed a large spruce tree and removed a large amount of deadwood from my ash tree. They cleaned up as if they weren’t even here! They have now done all the trees on my property and they all look amazing!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work at a very reasonable price. I called Great Plains Tree Care for evaluation of a troubled spruce in my front yard and an old, very large maple in my back yard. From Amys initial visit, assessments to her explanations, estimates, support, and excellent follow-up/ customer service I have been very satisfied and extremely happy with the work done. Jeron was great, thorough, and did excellent work. Aiden was efficient climbing the tree, cutting limbs. The crew worked hard, well and did an amazing job. The clean up was the best. I could not be more satisfied. This is a great team doing excellent work and all very pleasant while getting this big job done.

This morning Great Plains Tree Care in Omaha did some tree trimming of dead branches from my tree. The three men arrived promptly at the promised time and began their work. They were quick at completing the trimming and efficiently cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend Great Plains Tree Care for anyone needing tree services.

Had a tree removed from the front lawn, which was pretty good sized. Great Plains Tree Care had it taken out and the stump ground within a week AND...there was no sign of a tree ever having been in our yard. Amazing job!

Our backyard was difficult to get in and out and they did so without any damage at all, even on the grass on our steep slopes. We are truly impressed. These guys are over the top. They are pros. Showed up on time, cleaned up the few things dropped on the grumpy neighbors yard, as well as the job yard. Did a super job. This tree was nearly 80 feet and their response was, is that all?? They know what they are doing. Pros, no cussing, no belly aching, just busting their humps to get it done PROPERLY!! Made in the USA people using made in the USA equipment. These guys are just super.!!!!

I really enjoyed the service from Great Plains! They were priced very well, stuck to their estimate, and completed the job quickly and effectively! They ended up being able to show up a week early and removed two trees within 2 hours! Will certainly hire them again!

Mike did a good job on the tree care. He showed up when he said he would and his prices were reasonable. There was some damage to the surrounding plants but this was expected.HOWEVER the gate to the backyard was broken off and a bush planted by it this Spring was trampled beyond recovery. I left a message regarding these two things because I was upset there was no acknowledgement or apology for the damage. When Mike returned my call he was rude and insulting. He basically called me a liar, said he knew what I was trying to do and then proceeded to tell me what a mess my yard is. He assumed I was trying to get out of paying him and wouldnt let it go. He began texting me after the call ended with photos of a weed showing between the boards of the open bottom gate as evidence it had been in its current location for a long time. One weed…showing in the space between two vertical boards of an open bottomed gate. Really. This could have easily slid between the boards when the gate was placed against the fence. I freely admit the gate is not in great shape but it was up and functional before Mike began work. I had just gone through it the night before to put lawn waste out for pick up. If you decide to hire him, do yourself a favor and take photos of your property before he begins work.

Mike took care of two trees right next to my house. We were worried that it would hit the house. He did an incredible job and the job site was left with very little disturbance.

Carl was awesome, his team was awesome. We had a huuuuge tree that had a massive branch come down into our neighbors yard. Carl was able to take a look at the damage without us being there (everyone else wanted me to take off work), let me know quickly what the estimate was and then low and behold was able to get us in quickly (tree ripped out my neighbors electricity and ripped down her fence. thank goodness she likes us. Sadly we decided to take down our 100 year old tree and Carl was able to do it within an extremely reasonable timeframe AND the price was extremely reasonable. We will use Carl, GP and his crew from now on. WE have a LOT of trees so I am sure we will see him often :)
