Talked with Mikey about buying a rowing machine for my wife and I. He was very knowledgeable about the various machines. Wasnt pushy about selling one over the other. It was a conversation not a sales pitch. Jeremiah a was easy going and a pleasure to do business with! He made it quick and easy for us due to his knowledge and experience. Walked out with a $2k treadmill all set for 1) delivery/install 2) THIS WEEK (two big things I was looking for). The final thing I found (and hadnt EXPECTED to --was payment plan terms with no interest for 36 months, like I was worried about losing if I didnt go through NFM.#NuffSaid #PleasedCustomer!I do regret NOT having time after the sale to answer questions or show functions of equipment - I feel like hell reply if we have questions though --and we have his card!

Due to COVID and shorter days I decided to purchase equipment for my home. After some online research I decided to purchase locally rather than on line for a few reasons- personal consultation and better customer service, and the bonus of free delivery and set up. Along with having a great piece of equipment the guys are extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Jeremy, Mike and the delivery crew were all very knowledgeable and able to help me find the perfect elliptical for my exercise goals and space issues at home. I highly recommend them. They are experts.

Dealt with Mikey after trying to purchase another brand that didn’t work from the moment I brought it home and after three service attempts. This is after waiting 3-months for a NordicTrack machine that never showed up on delivery date and NordicTrack customer service refused to assist.Save yourself the time and frustration that I went through and go get a Precor from these guys. The machine is flawless, and the customer service was just as good.

Excellent customer service ! I recently purchased a functional trainer from P3 that was on a deep discount, beating any online prices. The sales assistant was beyond helpful and extremely friendly.
