Contacted KRE after seeing their Ad on the TV, gotta say they are a great company, after my aunt passed away we needed help to sell her estate and KRE buys provided us with all the help we needed, gave us a good price and allowed us to sell the home quick and easy. As for the staff, the people I dealt with were amazing and professional. 10/10 will sell to them again if I need to.

This business is not one you want to trust. Their reps are pushy and unprofessional. They came to our property, made an offer, that they intentally low balled, only to call back an hour later to offer more as they were told no. Appeared desperate to get the sale, only to make us rush to clear out the property, and then make us wait over 3 weeks to tell us they couldnt get it financed.So then they wanted us to take an offer $15,000 less than offered. I would be cautious doing business with this group, perhaps there is financial issues if they cant afford to get the contract financed as they wrote it.

This is a terrible company to work with!!They pressure you into a purchase price and claim it is a no seller cost and bought as is. Then three weeks later, they claim they have finance issues and cant secure funding to buy the property.It is very shady for a real estate company to not be able to secure financing. It sounds like it might indicate a liquidity issue for the company. Stay away unless you want high pressure buyers who will waste your time.

I appreciate this company and their employees so much. I was in a really tough situation and you can tell they actually cared. Highly recommend them if you are looking to sell your house!
