Chad has been great for our crunch-time military move! Chose him as a realtor on a Wednesday, professional photos on Thursday, listed on Friday (multiple offers), and accepted offer on Saturday! Outstanding!!!He even went out of his way to check on the house when a tree came down in a wind storm while we were out of state and still under contract, a week before closing!
