First time home buyer here! We’ve always heard the process of buying a house was insanely stressful but our experience with Steve Salavec wasn’t like that at all. He kept us informed every step of the way and was quick to give us personal advice. Steve was patient with our ignorance of the process and even talked us down from cancelling our search entirely after we panicked facing a seller’s market. I’m so glad we listened and trusted him because we were well prepared for what we needed to do to land our dream home and we did land it!! If I could give Steve 15 stars I would because it just isn’t possible to articulate how wonderful our experience was with him!

10/20-Found a For Sale Sign in my freshly fertilized yard this afternoon in Bellevue, Nebraska from Better Homes And garden- The Good Life Group in Omaha!!!! Our gardener even placed a flag on the lawn that morning stating stay off the yard for 24 hours!!!Our house is not for sale!!! We have never spoke to this company!We did not give permission to trespass on our property.Leslie Dollinger. -the head of this Office avoided my call by sending it to her voicemail!!Leslie, finally did return my call and admitted to the mistake knowing that it is illegal to place anything on a property without permission!! She also agreed to reimbursement of the fertilizing charges to me. It is now 11 days since that phone call and nor reimbursement! I have left Leslie 2 voicemails on her cell phone to no reply?? Shady operations!!! My lawyer will take over from here!!

I absolutely loved working with Tom Simmons and Sheila Gates. They were the best and I would never look any further in Omaha. They worked tirelessly and always had my best interest at heart. I dont know how you can find a better real estate professional than Tim Reeder! He is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and knows neighborhoods like the back of his hand. He helped us find the perfect house in one of the best Omaha neighborhoods and then turned around and sold our old house in one day!!He is extremely generous with this time, and will go the extra mile to help you through the entire process. We wholeheartedly recommend Tim for anyone looking to buy or sell. He is the best!

Tickled pink with how well our agent, Sarah Maier, helped us find our dream home. It was luck of the draw for us, but I would easily recommend her to anyone, without hesitation.

I will never, ever, recommend this real estate agency nor would I ever suggest being represented by Sue Bayliss nor would I consider buying a home where she is representing the seller. She is slimy and sneaky and was well aware that she was selling a home with a broken garage motor, key pad and button openers DESPITE presenting a SIGNED contract by her “seller” stating that all parts were working. That is contractual, illegal matter. She proceeded to belittle me and refuse to do anything or work with my realtor to resolve the issue. Not to mention, she is just incredibly unreliable and rude. Never, ever again—stay far away.

We found Sarah through zillow and could not of had a better agent. She was there with us from step one all the way to signing. She answered all of our questions and took care of everything for us. We referred her to a few friends and they had the exact same experience. She knows her stuff and gives great advice on every step of the process. 10/10 would use her again.

I will NEVER use this company again. We were supposed to close on our house on May 31st and that didnt happen. The seller, we were told, was that type that needed to be baby sat during the repairs that we requested. But the real problem here was that our agent didnt follow up like they were supposed to (keep in mind she would text us and say she followed up but all the work wasnt complete come closing day)! Then we were stuck paying extra closing costs. And now a week and a half after moving in we are replacing an HVAC unit that MY AGENTS inspector said was 100% fine! All my agent is in this business for is making money. I get it we all are but do your job the right way. This is how you lose customers and realtors get a bad rap! Realtors dont care about the home owner at all. ALSO - DONT use the agents inspectors they are all in cahoots with each other. Get your own everything. I was promised a gift card never got that. Its in the mail I am told. P.S. my realtors name is Lisa Zimmerman - dont use her!
