We had a great experience renting things for our wedding. We had everything delivered and the crew was right on time and very courteous and helpful. Linens were great and guests commented about how great the chairs were (sturdy and comfortable). We will definitely use United again. PS- we live in Lincoln and United has better service, selection and prices than we can get here!

The guy at the front desk didnt talk much but at least he was pleasant. They guy in the warehouse made it so that we will never rent from them again. We brought a truck and minivan to pick up tables, chairs, horse tanks, chafing dishes and a coffe pot. We pulled up the van for the small stuff and the guy goes you will have to load the van yourself that is too labor intensive so you are on your own and there is no way those horse tanks will fit in there so we loaded the horse tanks ourselves and they fit with plenty of room and put the other small stuff in the van. He had snippy comments the whole time.

My mother in law had rented piping from here for our drapes we had hung up for my wedding. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They were able to get us what we needed last minute and it didn’t cost an arm or a leg! Definitely would recommend!

I rented 5 tables with chairs, and table cloth, they were fine.

Met with Micki to talk about rentals for a back yard microwedding. She was very friendly, super knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Our wedding isnt until October, but Im confident that delivery, setup, and pickup will go just as smoothly as our meeting with Micki did.

When I got my canopy it was broke. .one side wouldnt stay up. And they are way over priced

We loved working with United (and specifically Mickie!) They were so helpful in selecting our rental items (mostly flatware and linens) because they work regularly with our caterer and venue. Mickie knew exactly what to suggest based on our vision for the reception and was happy to communicate with both the venue and caterer as we made adjustments. They also let us borrow a few settings to do a mock up at the venue a few months out - really putting us at ease about how everything would look. We had a great experience working with Micki on the rentals for our wedding. She made the process easy and happily accommodated the multiple changes we ended up having to make on our initial rental reservation. She also had prior experience working with our reception venue. So that gave us even more peace of mind. United Rent-All had a large selection of rentals, all for competitive prices.

Fast service. If u go in and know what u need, its a simple process. Tell the guy at the counter 2 tables and 16 chairs. Give him money. Pull around back to load up which they load it all for you like Nebraska furniture mart. Done. Easy.

We used them for the rentals for our wedding reception and everything was great - from plates, silverware, napkins to water pitchers and high chairs. Highly recommend!

We worked with both Jen and Micki at United Rent-All, and they were great at walking us through all the rental items we’d need for our wedding (which was everything!) and explaining our options. I found pictures of linens I liked on Pinterest, and they were able to bring that vision to life. All of the rentals showed up on time and looked great in our venue.

I have worked with several people here on an annual basis. All very friendly, usually work with Mickey and she can tell me exactly what all colors look like without me going there to look at them. Delivery is always on time or early and have an no problems with anything we have rented from ice cream machines, tables, chairs, games etc...

We used this company for our outdoor wedding on June 7th. We were very disappointed in this company. When we went to pay the final bill before delivery, they increased the price. They said that they hadnt included the labor for putting the linens on the tables, even though we had told them all along that we were not doing any of that, we wanted them to handle it. Throughout the last year they had also been telling us that they would set up the evening before our wedding. When it came to that week though, they changed it and said they had to many other deliveries so they had to do it Saturday morning (the day of our wedding)Then when the crew came out to deliver everything they were extremely unprofessional. The person in charge kept cussing out his employees and complaining about the crew he had. They broke the archway that we were supposed to get married under & put it back together with duct tape & string. They also did not bring enough clips to hold the linens on the tables so they kept blowing off all day. Thankfully when we finally called about needing more clips, someone did bring more out, after arguing that we didnt pay for them.The following Monday I called them and asked to speak to the owner to discuss the experience we had, and I have still not received a phone call back. Each time I have tried since, the owner is not available either.Very disappointed and would not suggest going here for rentals!

Extremely rude. Accused me of trying to take advantage of them when I simply asked about the durability of an appliance and whether Id be responsible if it wore down under normal use. Did not give a straight answer to my question, and then stated that they do not want my business.

I wish I could give it a zero. Wont be coming back....employee threatened my husband bc he was proven wrong. The grill they gave us was dirty and didnt work properly. Brought it back for them to fight us. Guess I wont be back to deal with the white trash shamu.

I would not recommend working with United Rent All. I had a horrible customer service experience there. Some of the front end employees were extremely rude, snarky and not accommodating. They messed up my order then I patiently waited for them to fix it. In the end, my order was still messed up. They gave me miss matched linens and as a result I wasn’t able to use some of them. To top it off, I noticed the colors didn’t match while I was there picking my order up and the woman argued with me and told me that I was just seeing them in the wrong light and they do match. She wouldn’t take back one of the linens and exchange it for the right color so I ended up just taking it. When I went to set up, one of the linens was obviously the wrong color and it looked so bad we couldn’t even use it. When I went to return my order and told them the order was wrong, they blamed it on me and wanted to charge me a restocking fee because I changed my order 5 days before I picked it up. When I originally called to inquire about the order they told me to call just a day in advance so I can’t see how changing a small order of 7 tablecloths 5 days before the event would be that big of a deal. They treat customers poorly and can’t seem to get orders right. United Rent All has zero customer service skills. I am a business owner myself and I can’t believe they are still in business with the way they treat customers. DON’T WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Today we went to return some chairs. When the workers were doné unloading they accused us of stealing their circle table when actually we got the circle table from a friend my husbaned knew. How are we even going to steal it huh? The receipt only said 20 freaking chairs not a circle table. They called a man to take notes. They said that they werent accusing us of stealing the tables but really they did. After they let us go you know what happend? They took the number of our license plate!!!! I recomend not renting here.

The staff are friendly and kind! Never had a bad experience over the last eight years of renting from here.

They had every thing I needed for my daughters wedding dinner and candy bar.
