Recently hire Party Pals for a event and did not provide the service as requested. Never did they refunded no money back as promise and later got accused of being a scammer just for asking for my own money back. Please Brandon Fiscus dont hesitate on replying back as you have done in your previous messages and do things RIGHT!!!!!!

Awesome company! We had Brandon out for our son’s birthday party for face painting and balloon animals. They had so much fun! I had no idea of all the offerings they had. Check their website out! Brandon is so passionate about his business and it shows. He did some Santa impersonations for us adults after the kids party. They were awesome! Highly recommend

I’ve attended multiple events that Party Pals of Omaha has provided services for. Every time, Brandon, the owner has acted professional and friendly, I have personally NEVER had a negative encounter with him. He provides a number of amazing characters and not to mention a (SUPERB) Santa. He puts A LOT of pride and hard work into each and every one of his characters and bookings, and it really shows!

We had my sons 3rd birthday party there. He loves deadpool and they got a deadpool character for us! He was awesome. Interacted great with the kids sword fights and all. It was great! The party room was great and decorated perfectly for a super hero party! I would definitely do a party with them again!

Called. Tried to schedule a princess party for 4 year old. Never got a call back. Online process did not allow specific choices/plans. Sad it couldnt be done.

We booked a balloon arch and background banner through Party Pals of Omaha for our sons 1st birthday party. As required, we paid for the service at the time of booking. At the time of booking they said arch decoration will be completed in hour and they will book 2 more hours in party room if there any issue to sort out them .He sent balloon arch sample image, dimensions . He just came to the party hall he put the balloon arch(different from sample image) and instead of banner he just used color xerox and left the party hall without notifying me.Finally we paid 350$ for simple arch and low quality banner i feel not even worth 100$ for the service.

We had Party Pals booked for our wedding. They were on time but the gentleman was not very friendly. Our guests came up to us non stop stating he was very rude to them and their children. The feedback after the wedding was the same. I would not recommend the balloon twisting.

We booked a balloon twister through Party Pals of Omaha for our sons 1st birthday party. As required, we paid for the service at the time of booking. We were notified via e-mail only a couple of hours before the party that there was no balloon twister available for the party. Of course we were extremely busy getting ready for the party so we did not see this e-mail until after the party. In the same e-mail notifying us that a balloon twister would not be coming to the party, we were assured a refund would be forthcoming. However, 5 weeks later, after multiple attempts at obtaining a refund, we had to dispute the charge with our credit card company in order to get the money back. I guess the no-show was excusable. We understand things come up. Not promptly refunding our money was inexcusable. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Love this place great for kids parties lots of characters to choose from.
