Incredibly impressed by how clean this bowling alley is. Arguably the cleanest bowling alley we’ve ever been to. There is a temperature check at the door and their COVID cleaning protocols are solid. We were hesitant to venture out during COVID, but we were thoroughly impressed with Maplewood Lanes.

We took my 100 year old, WWII vet, bowling here and we all had so much fun. Great memories made

They were FANTASTIC!!!!They host us for my girlfriends 30th birthday party, the staff was on point very friendly and provided incredible service as well very good food. I would very highly recommend maplewood lanes for a party or any night out.

Great place to kill some time! Been here a handful of times both with groups and then as a pair. Was able to get lanes almost immediately. They are open pretty late on the weekends which is nice. Overall a good environment, plenty of people who aren’t good bowlers so don’t let that stop ya!

The cost was $10 for 1 game and shoes.... not worth it when the alcohol and food are basic.Update- Its really sad that the owner belives that a women like me looks all the same as other women... I love how we were asked if we had Kids Bowl Free membership and when we said No the employee took time to sign us up. Saved us money and it also ensures we will be back for a few more rounds. Just not a happy environment. Some customers, like myself still go out for entertainment value and EXPERIENCE.! This staff just all frowns and unwelcoming from kitchen to the bar to behind the bowling counter. Type of staff to take the wind out of your sails, downer establishment. Maybe more friendly with league play, who knows.

Writing this review for the purpose of public awareness. Paid 33$ for 4 games Nd shoes. Played 1/2 a game and they shut the lanes off. 1. We were not warned of any time -lapsed shut off, definitely wouldnt of paid full price for 1/2 my game . 2. The workers were extremely cold when asked nicely on the matter. Folks are starting to venture out again after covid and yall couldnt extend a reason NOR refund back at least half of what we paid?Do better. Thats all.

This winter keeps getting worse as time goes by, true to Midwest form. With a need to get out of the house, but with a need to be warm, we decided to go bowling! We purchased the family pack and, for about $85, 2 adults and two kids bowled for 2 hrs. Included were 4 shoe rentals, 1 large pizza, and 1 pitcher of pop. We were able to get in 3 games in those two hours. What a fun time to banish the polar vortex for a couple of hours!

Great staff and a great place. Came here to blow some time with friends and loved. The staff were very helpful and made sure to sanitize everything. Will definitely be going back.

Food was great and they had amazing customer service

I had my birthday party and invited more than 20 people. The staff were helpful and offered me to reserve two lanes ahead of time. The person who took my reservation even set up the lanes in front of the bar making it easier for my guest to get their drinks. The price was resonable, they had the lane ready for all of us to enjoy a night of bowling on a Saturday night! My friends had a great time, the bar service was great! Thank you for making it so easy for all of us to have fun!!

I bowl here at part of a league and practice here on the weekends. The staff are are exceedingly friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. Glad to see this establishment thriving through the pandemic and hope that it continues to succeed in the years to come!

Waited for an hour on a simple pizza. Pizza was burned. Things got stolen from brothers truck while we were inside.

Little older, but still good. The daily deal is 10$ before 3pm for an hour and a half of bowling, and is a fantastic value.

Great place. They had a full bar! Food wasn’t that good but staff was very friendly. The cool thing is they have an outdoor patio with 2 fire pits. Super cool!

The approaches were very sticky. I couldnt slide on them. Needed to be cleaned.

Maplewood has quickly become our favorite bowling alley. Everyone that works here is so friendly and welcoming, from the bowling counter to Neal at the bar! We also just joined a league here and are very impressed with how organized (thanks Jeanne) it is and much fun everyone is! We have a couple other alleys closer to our house, but Maplewood is well worth the drive for us!

Best place to bowl!! Lanes are always in great shape and approaches clean!! No spilled soda or chewing gum here! Awesome staff and the best bartender in town!!

Giving this place 4 stars because besides the typical bowling experience the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE FOOD WAS ABOVE AVERAGE...I could suggest playing a more diverse selection of music if I thought this would add to the experience... overall...I WOULD VISIT HERE AGAIN.

Ive bowled in leagues around Omaha for years, and Maplewood is hands down my favorite bowling alley. The lanes are in great shape, the food is good, and the bar is a place Id go whether Im bowling or not. Neil is right up there as one of the best bartenders in Omaha! All around this place sets the standard for a fun place to hangout and bowl.

It wasnt fun having to watch state bowling from the lounge!!The staff was awesome and made the experience tolerable!

Family of 3 to bowl for 1 hour.....$45 on a Sunday afternoon. Nice place, but youll pay for it. Front desk had as much personality as a wet sock.

Called a head and asked if they have any lanes available, they said a few, so we drove there, when we got there I called from the parking lot asking how long the wait is they said 30-45 mins, we walk in and they say the wait it 1.5 to 2. Why can we not reserve lanes anymore?..

Highest prices in Omaha. I have gone here for years. They know me by name and have bowled league countless times. Every time I walk in the amount of rude workers is astounding. Constantly have to re rack pins because they fall down.I spend more time getting hounded about my 3 free league games than I should. If you’re going to question a long time bowler at this establishment don’t even offer 3 free games for league bowlers.Every other bowling alley Is cheaper and just as nice with better employees. Heather is the only employee who is actually attentive and cares. I will generally call to make sure she is there before I even show up. Been going here 10 years plus and every time I regret the money I spend there. Will not be back and will bowl league under Western Bowl. Enjoy.

FUN, clean, nice spacious sitting area & parking lot was nicely lighted so felt safe walking out to car by myself. Didnt bowl so not sure of pricing; but place was packed of leagues & groups there for fun. So they must be okay reasonable/competitive on pricing? Had a slice of pizza friends ordered & that was EXTREMELY TASTY!!! Had a blast... laughs, good bowling, great music, good times with friends - what more can u ask for?

Weve had our company Christmas party here the last 3 years. Our team keeps growing and theres never been an issue accommodating our party (65 people this year). The staff is very accommodating and great to work with. We look forward to this event each year! I highly recommend as they make planning really easy.

I have been coming to this bowling alley for many many many many many years. I attended a birthday party about 7 years ago oh, it was a great experience then and it continues today. Im a caregiver for a person with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Just about every Saturday for the past nearly three years, my client and his brother, who also has disabilities, have bowling practice for Special Olympics of Nebraska. They also host Regional bowling tournaments for Special Olympics. My client and I are very close, we do everything together. I take him different places restaurants, community events Etc. It really breaks my heart where some places treat him like he doesnt understand anything, like a child, or like an outsider. The staff at Maplewood Lanes are phenomenal. From the staff who run the concessions to the front desk, as well as management staff, treat my guys with nothing but the utmost respect, dignity, and love. I swear you guys have the patience of saints. I have yet to find place of any kind that even comes close 2 how well you treat my clients and their teammates. Often on weekends they are extremely busy, but yet still take the time to personally greet not only my clients and others, but as caregivers, Guardians, and staff. I dont see this place as a business, but more as a second or third home. We truly appreciate every single one of you as the years pass.

Maplewood Lanes is a solid bowling alley. Its my going to bowling place. It has decent prices and good food. The place is usually quite clean. I also love that they host a special needs bowling league on Sundays.

Maplewood Lanes has kept up with the times. The lanes are in great shape and have been well-conditioned the last few times we have bowled there. The pizza is only average but they have a very broad menu. Definitely check out the outdoor patio just past the bar. There are two large fire pits to gather around, very cozy

I ABSOLUTELY love Maplewood Lanes.The lanes are always in great condition and the food is especially good for a bowling alley. (I love the gizzards) I always tell my friends and family this is the alley to go to. I have even had a company outing there - which was great. Maplewood really is fun for everyone!

It is an amazing facility with state of the art scoring, excellent lanes, a great kitchen menu, and friendly staff. I highly recommend trying it out.

Usually have a good time, but there is never lights (fun/disco) on and they closed their food bar 2 hours before close. There is a deal where you can come in from 9:30pm to 11pm unlimited and they closed as soon as we got here. So if you’re hungry, don’t count on them to feed you or to care if they do or don’t.

Reasonable prices, good food, clean restrooms, friendly service.
