Wouldnt recommend. The front desk assured my wife multiple times that our insurance provider was in network and her sessions would be covered. Only to find out they are not covered and we owe them thousands of dollars. Probably look elsewhere if you have the choice.

Wouldn’t recommend. Canceled appointment on me, rescheduled for a day they were closed, and then blamed me for both “no shows”.

I don’t have much knowledge of the business itself, but I started going here for massage because of Kate. She truly has healing hands, and she is especially attentive to you as a client. She always ensures that the pressure is comfortable and that the environment is right for you. If you’ve been looking for “the one” in terms of masseuses, she’s your gal. When i was pregnant I had extreme nerve pain in my back and hips and had already been to 3 different chiropractors and was considering acupuncture. After getting a prenatal massage from Kate, I was hooked! I’ll be a client of Kate’s for life!

My experiences at Omaha Integrative Care have been wonderful across the board. During my pregnancy, prenatal yoga and acupuncture helped me prepare for the birth of my son. Yoga with Teri was a calming, centering, and therapeutic Saturday ritual. During that weekly hour, my focus was brought to the essential mind-body connection on which I would rely for childbirth. After the birth of my son, I have returned for much needed massage. The massage therapist was wonderful and I look forward to returning soon.

I am very disappointed with the service we received. After giving ample information to the scheduling person, she informed me of the strict no-cancellation policy. I understand completely, but that should be a two-way street. I received a call an hour and a half before my appointment and they asked me to reschedule to the following day for their convenience. I reluctantly agreed, but had to move my work schedule around to accommodate. On the newly scheduled day, I left work, drove an hour to our appointment (my wife drove half an hour to meet me there), and then we were told that we had been scheduled with the wrong person and couldnt be seen. Omaha Integrative Care has wasted my time and my wifes time. I am upset that I waited for an appointment with them to be asked to reschedule (again) upon arrival. My work schedule is strict, and my wife is ill. This wasnt easy for us to accomplish, and now we are back to square one. There were plenty of opportunities for them to notice the error and correct the mistake.I wont be returning, and wont be recommending them to anyone.

OIC is an amazing center filled with caring professionals! So many great services to nurture ourselves! Counseling, integrative health, massage and YOGA!

I was truly disappointed. The therapist I saw felt very cold and detached. For all they advertise about centered and grounded healing the individuals I met seemed fairly unhappy. I was so optimistic but their approach lacked sorely in the holistic, caring and skillful nature that I was seeking.It didnt help that they messed up my billing with my insurance. They lied to me.Steer clear! There are so many better places out there and there is another holistic center in Omaha. Or find your own integrative practice with individual providers. Hope you find what youre looking for. Be well. :)

OIC is such a warm and friendly environment. I feel at ease every time I am there. I love all the yoga instructors and learn so much from their classes. I had a great massage with Cami the other day too. Would really recommend!

I visited a clinician to do allergy testing and diet planning. My one compliment is that the clinicians office is very welcoming, and I learned dieting tips that have really helped.However, good luck getting a hold of someone there. All calls go straight to voicemail, and they encourage you to text instead. It usually took my a week of playing phone tag. I dont know about you, but I prefer to talk to a human being about medical topics.I also had issues with labs being charged out of network without me being aware, but the staff did a good job of helping me work through that issue.This business seems to have a worthy mission, but this place might not be for you if you value proactive and instant communication.

I had a great massage with Cammi! She is AMAZING, made me feel so relaxed and helped relieve tension in my upper back. I cant wait to get another massage from her again!

Worst facility i have seen. My daughter went there to get help and is no better than when she started. Super disappointed. Would not recommend.

Truly terrible. Although the therapist was good, the psychiatrist was simply a way to extort money from people with mental health issues. They literally told me that their billing department was under revision, so expect to pay far too much for sub-par mental health care.

I love this place. The environment is so calming and welcoming. And Peter is a great therapist.

PIC offers so many services and is a great place for care. I recently started getting massages with Cami and am so glad I did! My tension and pain have both improved.

Absolutely bad bad patient services!!! They don’t ever answer the phone or return your calls! They only will text you. The nurse practitioner I saw kept calling in the wrong med for me and saint even check my chart to see that I’m allergic to what she did call in and I felt she had no knowledge of thyroid care whatsoever. Took weeks to get anywhere and I finally just told them to forget it and went somewhere else!

I had a cupping massage done by Kate and it was the best massage I have had in a while. She asked what type of pressure was ok throughout the whole massage and incorporated Swedish, trigger point, myofascial, and Gua Sha. I even got to have my favorite Frank Sinatra on while I was receiving my massage. I will be back to see Kate and try many of the other massages they have to offer.

Omaha Integrative Care is amazing! They offer all kinds of services and products for mind-body wellness: Mental health care services, group therapy, mindfullness classes, yoga classes, fertility support groups, etc. I have never been to a better yoga class than I have at OIC. My therapist there is top-notch. Highly recommend. Quick to help with any issues regarding billing or anything that comes up.

I love this place! I have tried the fertility yoga and also acupuncture and both are AHHHMAZING. Extremely friendly and supportive staff. Beautiful, and welcoming environment. My experience with OIC has made me a stronger person and has helped me understand not only my physical self but, also my mental and spiritual capacity. After years of only trying medical/hormone fertility treatments, I can honestly say I have never been happier. This is a perfect option for women trying to conceive if used in combination with hormones or solely as a natural fertility method. They also offer counseling and therapy which has been extremely helpful. I highly recommend Omaha Integrative Care.

Extremely poor counseling techniques. There are so many good agencies in Omaha that are well run and counselors are helpful instead of damaging and opinionated. Seek out a more reputable service.

A family member recommended I see Dr. Lirong Xu for acupuncture and I’m so grateful I did. I’ve been in so much pain since experiencing facial paralysis and she brought me some much needed relief and helped me to understand my body’s needs. I highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Xu.

Ive encountered very many issues with Omaha Integrative Care. I made my first appointment back in October, at which point they did not inform me they had more than one location or tell me which location my appointment was at. This resulted in me going to the location my GPS pulled, being told I was at the wrong office and having to drive to the other office all within the time frame of my appointment. I was charged in full for this error. They have told me my appointment was for one time and booked me at a different time, resulting in me being late to the appointment - to which I was also charged in full. They have cancelled on me 3 hours prior to my appointment via text message. The way their billing works is a mess and they only have one employee who is knowledgeable about their accounting. She is very very hard to get a hold of. I had left her 3 messages in the course of 1 week and she never returned my calls until I got a hold of her myself WEEKS later. I had to take my card off file with them because they were charging it repeatedly without my knowledge or consent. Very stressful and disappointing experience - especially considering the type of business they are in.

Really poor experience :( I waited 6 months to get an appointment with my therapist and a few days before my appointment, OIC called to reschedule. Ok... fine. I’ve waited this long, I guess I’ll wait another week. After 3 appointments, I decided to no longer return as the main topic of conversation was centered around a therapy approach I didn’t feel comfortable with. I found the sessions to be very pushy/therapist doing most of the talking and got the impression that the therapist was “put out” when I communicated that I didn’t feel comfortable with the approach she was suggesting. I never heard back from them after I stopped making appointments... which is about as consistent as their front receptionist, who rarely answers the phone and takes a day or two to get a call back from. Very disappointed that I wasted my time and money during a phase of my life that I could have used a little extra help. Will not be recommending to anyone.

I LOVE OIC. The smells, the sounds, the people are all very inviting and calming. I was referred there after I suffered my first panic attack which triggered a debilitating mental break. I was sick with anxiety for weeks to the point of physical illness and most days spent on the couch in writhing discomfort.As someone who, prior to my own experience, knew little about psychiatric care and didnt really buy into holistic healing methods, I was surprised at how much comfort and guidance I got from OIC from DAY ONE. Their approach to integrating medicinal solutions with mind and body healing techniques like meditation, massage therapy, and of course therapy sessions, is really what I value most. Medicine is scary, but OICs approach to it as merely a means to ASSIST in the healing process and not be solely relied on gives me hope that I can manage my anxiety on my own one day. I love my therapist, Juline. She is so real and positive and is amazing at untangling all my anxious thoughts and helping me find the best ways to cope.I highly recommend Omaha Integrative Care for your health and wellness needs!
