Worst broker service

I was a rehire!I came back because I believed this company to be a good fit for my needs. I had a awesome DSM his name was Zac Bax. I was then given a route; that I loved running from Colo to Neb, home nightly given another awesome DSM name is Brian L.Well, after being on this route for a year and several relay partners I was pulled off and my job was threatened if I didnt comply. I was told that if I didnt go national I would lose my job! Ive been caring for my 10mo grandson, and was expected to let him go into the state system to do what Ashley V. wanted me to do or lose my job. I chose to find another job. I did!The Hills are great, their management isnt. Dont get me wrong! To There are great people hidden within the company, but suffocated by the bad! I told Ashley V. I had a interview on Mon at 2pm she had the truck moved during that time. And then accused me of abandonment even though I said I would call with my discussion after. She chose to take my assigned truck, and the person that did this took some of my belongings, while I was being interviewed. Then held my check and blocked me from the payroll site so I cant see my deductions.The women in recuitment are great the shop awesome, some of the DSMs, safety and training are all awesome people! The point is....Work here with these people that are untrustworthy, lying, and BS shooting bad apples that drown out the good; at your own risk! You may get one of the good guy! Night dispatch also very helpful. Very nice people! Randy, Tracey, Brian, and Bob. Wonderful people! But, you might get a bad DSM! Ubon, Brian, and Erik are just a few of day DSM good guys.When switching into a new truck, always clean it! Because it wont be!My driving record is clean.I took only what I brought.Left the truck clean, when I was told where it was.

Los peores, no puedo darle una peor calificacion, me dan una ruta de Dallas a Lubbock, me dan cita para las 3pm y descargar 9pm, no estan pendiente si te cargan o no temprano para poder cumplir la cta de descarga, mi chofer llega a las 9 y todo cerrado y al dia siguiente dan cita hasta las 7:30pm, y no contestan para el lumper fee. No tomen cargas con esta gente, los peores del mercado
