Unloading depends totally if there are local trucks ahead of you. they will offload the local trucks first. but hardly 30 mins once they start offloading.

You can sleep overnight. They unloaded me pretty quick in the morning. Nice guys.

They are slow and disrespectful people never gonna pick up from this place zero respect for drivers

Worst place I came here 2 time first time 22 hrs waiting 2nd time 19 hrs wait they are too rude nd do much waiting no rest rooms so cruel no huminity at all

Best in class warehouse. Professional staff. From a carriers stand point willing to work with drivers and very quick on getting drivers loaded and unloaded. Solution based and will help think outside the box when issue arise.

They don’t provide public use restrooms for drivers. We bring your products to you. The least you could do is have to common courtesy to let us use the bathroom. Need I remind you undoubtedly you claim this as of place of business on your taxes. In order to do that lawfully you are REQUIRED to have a public use restroom. Let’s see what the IRS thinks.

Its true place is tight, but its not that bad, they leave one dock in between. I think its true that they also dont have a restroom.Other than that, I slept overnight with no problems, had a 1400 apt and Im getting unloaded as a write this at 0915 with no issues. Friendly greetings/attitude which is rare to see specially if youre really early like I was.

Ive had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is easy to work with and very accomodating.

Friendly staff, lot of parking. Offloads you immediately if you are at the dock. Very cooperative.

I had an 8am appointment, checked in and was greeted by what do u want, and I asked to use the restroom Mr Gene King so he said his name was said we dont let drivers use the restroom, I thought he was joking I asked again and he said do u have a Gatorade bottle very rude from the start, aggressive and unprofessional,I spoke to I guess the manager and let him know of my experience. They did show me a sign . I said ok fine but no reason to treat your customers drivers that way. Seems to me they should be more concerned will good communication and service seeing how they are a warehouse facility,I can see why they might have a difficult time keeping their contractsPS, the office ladies on the phone were very nice, all it takes is one bad Apple to spoil the whole bunch.I think they need to get rid of the bad Apple maybe there is more than one!!

The staff was very quick to help me unload. Wish every place was like this one.

Fast unloading, had appointment for 11 am, arrived at 9am, by 10am I was done...

I arrived at 1330 to check in for my 1400 appointment time. The guy came to the door wanting to know why I was ringing the door bell so early. Sad man in his life apparently because you shouldnt treat other people like this. What if I had showed up 30 mins late? What would he had said then? What I wonder is does the owner of Gratton Warehouse know he treats people like this? I will not ever do business with this company again! One bad apple can and does ruin the whole bunch.

Facility goes by appointments only but will work you in should you arrive early. Receiving & Shipping is between 8:15am to 4pm. Last delivery appt. for the day is at 3pm.

Driver had delivery at 10:00AM, got a door at 8AM and was empty at 9:30AM.Quick and easy, no problems at all.

This is got to be one of the worst places to back in if theres already trucks backed in its a big fat Load of horse manure.
