If you feel uncomfortable with a driver and call to tell them, they will make sure that driver delivers to you EVERYDAY of the week even though you call them and tell them you are extremely uncomfortable dealing with that driver. Also, they never wear their masks no matter how many times you ask them

They are extremely helpful. I was pleased with every aspect of their service.

Poor customer service was on hold for 30 minutes. I was hung up on waiting for the them to check on a delivery location!!!!

Delivered at 1:15am sunday with noone there but the first person there at 3:30am came to me signed the paperwork and docked me before he ever even went into the building to clock in. You really cant ask for anything faster and he was very nice.

Take forever to unload you! Was there about 6.5 hours

Not able to print labels though we were informed that they could.

I arrived just before close on a Friday night. Suspected the overseas package was still here and worried i might have to wait till Monday. Diane and Zachary went above and beyond, retrieving my package out of a big container with smiles. Thank You.
