Purchased an Apple speed charger base. Worked for 3 days. They would not take it back without the the box. Now I’m out $30. Like they don’t get enough of my money.

I thought my Iphone6 was toast. The home button was not working and I couldn’t access my apps or navigate without completely shutting down the phone and powering back up again, I thought for sure I would have to buy a new phone. But thanks to Corey Bowles he was able to work his magic and restore my phone using the phantom button option. I am so thankful there are still honest people in this world! I worked with Jordan originally when I bought my Galaxy s10. He was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate ALL of his help. I was very pleased with my experience. After getting home, I realized that not all of my photos transferred to my new phone. I was in a bit of a panic. When I came back the next day, I worked with Kira. She was AMAZING. She was funny, calm and made me feel confident that she could help me, and she did. SHE WINS!!!

I have been to many Verizon stores and this store is my favorite! Ash, the Verizon rep that helped me, was fantastic! Ash was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful! She went above and beyond and stayed way beyond closing time to help me with my new phone purchase. For future needs, I will definitely use this store and request Ash again!

Im so glad I decided to buy my Samsung A20 ultra here! Kira was so helpful! I got right in and didnt have to wait forever to be helped! She transferred all my contacts/ pictures/ videos from my old phone to my A20 right there and give me a credit that was applied that day on my purchase for turning in my old phone! I didnt have to mail it in! DEFINITELY COME HERE! Dont let the fact that they are an authorized retailer scare you away. They do everything a corporate Verizon store can do and more! Better customer service too!

I brought my 84 year old Mom over... She was having trouble with her phone. Corey was so patient and kind with her.. totally reconfigured the phone for her and showed her how to operate it and answered all of her questions. The best customer service! He even walked Mom to the car as I pulled the car up. Then, I went to Lindley clothing and said we had just been at Phones Plus and they commented on the service... I mentioned Corey and they were high-fiving Me! Everyone at this place is amazing !!! Highly recommend it!

Great store. They have fun, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. They helped my wife and I change services, select phones, troubleshoot issues, and helped me with an insurance claim for my phone. The only time Ive experienced an issue was when we started a process that took more than one day and the person who helped us start was off the next day there were some communication issues.

We drive all the way from BLAIR,NE just to see Kira. She’s very friendly, personable, extremely knowledgeable, and not there to waste your time. She gets you out of the store in a perfect amount of time and makes she you have all questions answered before leaving. It’s very nice to have a friendly face when dealing with a phone service, we will definitely be back again and again to work with Kira!

The associate got me in and out very quickly and politely, after I explained I showed up two days ago for my appointment and they had closed early failing to notify anyone.

Ask for Kira! She helped us switch to the Google pixel 3 and carriers. She was very helpful and presented everything so we understood it. All the transfers were smooth and so were the 2 calls I made back to her when I had questions! Much better place than the corporate Verizon stores!

I went into this store because the microphone on my phone was not working. If they couldnt fix the phone, I was going to buy a new one. Leverne greeted me at the door with a smile and charismatic personality. He could have easily said that there wasnt anything to do with my phone but instead got his tools out and fixed the microphone at no charge. The costumer service here is excellent. I will be going back to this store to get my next phone.

Kira was very nice as was Cory. Although Verizon wireless is a terrible company to get phone cases ordered online. I ordered on Verizon online four Otterboxes to protect our phones. Order was cancelled by verizon due to verification. Which is stupid two times. Then Kira orders the otterboxes for me via phone conference and she never attached it to my verizon account. So once again epic fail on Verizon and they for the third time cancelled my order. Still do not have my otterboxes. So once again had to order my otterboxes from another company... Not Verizon.. Worst experience ever with a cellular company EVER. Never again ordering anything via Verizon wireless again!!!

Emily gets an A+++++ for customer service! Im sure Tuesday evenings arent usually very busy, but yesterday she not only helped an older couple navigate through their bill and with their new phones, but then stayed to get my wife and I setup on our new phone meanwhile helping the other two customers that also waited a bit to ask her questions. She was fantastic! Never lost her cool when it was time to close shop she didnt hurry us and assisted with everything we asked.

Awesome experience. They took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the new option for paying off the phone. All the staff was very knowledgeable and best part there was ZERO wait time.

This is the second and last time that I will try to leverage this store. The first time I tried to purchase a LTE WiFi hub for my home. They ran me through a maze of order entry activities — then checked to find that my address wasn’t supported. That wasted about 45 minutes of time. Today, I was attempting to purchase a new phone - they pushed me to a trainee. Noting, I was the only customer in the store. After my fourth clerk, I finally got a senior clerk who couldn’t complete the transaction due to their credit card machine not accepting payments. Naturally, their only other computer wasn’t working. All told, I lost another 40 mins. Unless you are actively seeking somewhere to kill an hour or so of time, I would avoid this retailer at all costs.

I have been a customer for several years and buy all my phones here. The employees have always been very helpful and take the time to get you set up and answer all my questions. I have a large plan for home and work and they helped me set up the system to work with my network server.

Having a working phone is a very important part of my life these days and perhaps walking into a Verizon store just before closing time isnt the best idea but life happens so im expecting the worse when I walk in I see 4 customers and just one employee any other day I would have turned around and walked out but this young lady I believe her name was Kristine was so helpful and concerned about our phone Issues she handled one hostlh customer and everyone else to satisfaction in a timely matter with a smile on her face. I returned the tablet they gave me with 4G plan and they never disconnected it. i have been charged for it for the last 2 months. I spoke to customer service 4 times and every time they say its fixed and it hasnt yet.

I was referred to this store by a friend and am very disappointed. The guy who helped us wasnt very customer friendly. Im pretty sure the phones he sold us were used even though they were supposed to be NEW. Both my husband and I have issues with our phones and they are just a year old. The whole experience is disappointing and frustrating and was a waste of money.

So slow. I waked in an no one was ahead of me besides the 2 customers at the counter. I went in to upgrade 2 tablets. The lady working was more interested in bragging about her iPad to a guy who was not even interested on buying one. After waiting 25 minutes they were still with the same two customers. The best lady kept trying to sell the guy ahead of me new stuff and he was there for his job, and wasnt even allowed to add things to the account. Maybe they should have paid more attention to the customers there who could actually add more devices and were trying to do so. I will order my tablets offline and in two months when my 3 phone lines are able to upgrade I will go to a Verizon corporate store or just order off line. Do t waste your time with these guys

I went to this store to buy a $900 phone. The sales associate had some difficulty adding it to my existing plan, so she just said its not letting me add it and gave up. She spent about 20 minutes pressing refresh on her computer and trying the same thing over and over again. She didnt ask any other employee or make any phone call for help. She just gave up and told me she couldnt add the phone to my account. Horrible customer service, avoid this store!

They are better than T-mobile, barely. At every turn they are raping you for every penny they can squeeze with no remorse and a big smile. Switched to Boost/Sprint and never looked back. I pay 1/3rd of the Verizon bill, get more data, better coverage, no $200.oo plus cost to back out of s*h*l-t contract (which in itself is just another bs reason to rape you one last time on your way out the door.) etc. etc. Oh! and the fact they take jobs from Americans and outsource to India where no one can understand a fricken word & we have to be patient and polite. & no I will NOT push 1 for English. How about we push 1 for someone with an English accent? Theres a novel idea huh? Ijs

They replaced the dock connector in my iPhone 4s and did a great job.

They have better service & knowledge than other stores in town. I go here no matter where I am, staff and management are great.
