I have been using Merry Maid of Omaha now for the past couple of months. I appreciate that a supervisor always stops by to check on things. They have been doing a very good job thus far.

This company merry maids we hired this company to clean our new house we are moving into and they did not clean our house at all, it was half clean and do not look like it was clean at all. I’m not happy with merry maids at all. The money we paid them, this is not right at all. I wouldn’t refer this company to any of my friends our family. My husband told them they did not do a good cleaning. The Supervisor just go say we are sorry.

I am very glad that I chose Merry Maids and I have been very satisfied with whom ever has been at my house. However, Im not sure how long I have had Toni consistently but I always look forward to her coming as we have also become friends. She is so competent in what she does. She is timely, through, always in good humor and goes beyond if she sees something needs to be done.Working with the staff that I only have access to on the phone, could not be more satisfactory - they make it easy and always find a way to accommodate my request.I am happy to recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I have had Merry Maids for many years even when we lived in Denver, CO. In Omaha I was pleased to be given a woman by the name to Terry. She is just the nicest thing. Always comes in with a smile and makes me feel better. Always pleasant. She does such good work and as always on her way out she cleaned my front door which was nice. I would say after going through many girls, Terry is the best. Thank you for asking me to write this review.We have become friends as well as workers. Please consider her for any and all rewards.

Ok Im only rating it 2 stars because they were so friendly.I just paid $500 for a in home cleaning, it was last minute but my home was about 85% clean. literally spotless except a quick vacuum and wipe down but I still paid for a deep clean. they missed the kitchen windows and window sills entirely. didnt wipe down a single wall. no vents cleaned. missed the bathroom window and walls. and for $500 to clean a clean house you think maybe you would have gone above and beyond a little but nope. left the dust on an entertainment stand because I paid for vacuum only on that room. They didnt even take out the trash on the rooms I paid for a deep clean on. will never use nor recommend again. I came home and noticed the sweeping, vacuuming, two clean windows, one folded towel. my recommendation would be maids and more they did a way better job for half the price.

I had a plumbing emergency the same day I had a scheduled cleaning. AND 35 people coming over for the holidays that weekend. They made arrangements to have multiple people come throughout the day to ensure they could work around the plumbers but still get me my much needed cleaning during the busy holiday season! So impressed. And, they are so good with my senior dog

Cleaning has overall been very good. Im sure it is written somewhere, but the cleaning lady never moves anything when sweeping, vacuuming or mopping the floor. I a totally moved two plant holders in the kitchen area and the area is still not clean. Overall, we are very pleased with service. Its just little things.

Elizabeth did a fantastic job and in such a short amount of time. She went above and beyond any experience yet to come! I could not have asked for a cleaner bathroom or a more dust-free home. And my wood floors look completely different when she finished, too! I wish I had a before and after picture to add! Plus - my areal rug looks and smells so good now with that yummy smell you have in your vacuums. 🤗 I could go on and on! She was so friendly and nice, too! Would love for her to come clean anytime! Keep this girl around - she is a gem and I hope I get to have her clean for me again soon!Love you guys over there!

I’ve requested a few times to use a dust cloth with dust spray when dusting. NOT the feather duster (which only moves dust around). Also, bathroom cabinets are not wiped down. I enjoy Toni and hope this doesn’t cause hard feelings. The other area is the bottom of the stairs, they don’t get vacumned.

Much improved from a month ago. They did a very nice job- supervisor stopped by to review. We appreciate the extra attention to get this right

I called at the last minute to schedule the cleaning never having used them before and they were so nice and helpful in accommodating my needs. Liz B. does a good job overall. Last Friday (10/4) she seems to have missed the space behind the toilet in the master bathroom -- I found dust bunnies there. But Im pleased with her work in general.

I’ve had this service for several years now and it still amazes me how well of a job Ally does in the short time she’s here. The company does a great job of staying in contact and working with me when I need them to come when it’s not contracted and also changing days when I’m traveling.

Worked us in on very short notice before a holiday. They were on time, text message told us who was coming and when. Baseboards to ceiling the house is as clean as when we first moved in! Highly recommend!

My sister and I live together and have very busy work hours; I’m a registered nurse and she is a correctional officer at the city jail. We also don’t have the best home keeping habits. Needless to say, it can become a terrible living condition very quickly. I can’t tell you how awe inspiring it is to come home after our Merry Maids home keeper pays us their bi-monthly visit. We’ve been with them for nearly a year now and the havoc they continuously organize and clean makes me guilty, but I am so grateful. It’s nice to go through the month not having to consider what needs cleaned. Merry Maids provides you with a folder of information about how every maid is provided with continual training on the most up to date cleaning techniques and products. They come with their own equipment and clean areas you don’t even think of. It’s really been more than any of my expectations. You get a calendar of their visits, and you get a text the day before they arrive that allows you to text any questions. When they are on their way, they send you a gps tracker to track how far off they are. I was impressed that they were so with it like that, but I’m also old lady level behind with technology sometimes. They’re also always responsive and accommodating with questions and requests. I would definitely recommend them. Our maid’s name is Elizabeth and she is a miracle worker. It’s been a large portion off my plate.

I visited their office instead of calling and spoke to Nicole (owner). Shes very down to earth and answered all my questions.If youre planning on getting your carpet cleaned, I highly recommend you give a call.

The last cleaning we had was very thorough and the best one yet. Sometimes the cleaning is done too rapidly and things are missed, like cleaning the hardwood floors or the shower, but the last time was very well done.

Im excited to come home on cleaning day because the whole house smells clean. Not a chemical clean, just fresh. The best is that all the vacuum lines are going in the same direction! Im weird like that. Also, a single parent I know my bathroom is cleaner than when I do it!

Great job on initai clean but we need to add services to include downstairs full bath. I must have not articulated that to you. Hoping we can amend contract before next Friday which is our scheduled time. Michelle Hill takes special care of my house by making sure everything is clean AND presentable. Recently, we found out that Michelle has a scheduling conflict in doing my house on the day of the week that we had set up several years ago. In order to keep her as my service provider, we changed my weekday so I could still have her. This took a lot of coordination from Michelle and the folks in the front office but it was taken care of quickly and with a smile.

Annie was fabulous! We had a move-out cleaning done on our house. She did such a wonderful job! The landlord even asked if we had our carpets cleaned because they looked so good. Highly recommend Merry Maids and again, Annie did a great job!!

I had a very busy day and could not be there to completely watch or inspect thing. Certain obvious items missed. It felt like a race to get out of there. Definitely not worth half of the 550.00 (approx.) I paid.

This office is great to work with. They communicate well within their own ranks, and treat the customer like gold. The cleaning (shout-out to my girl JORDYN!) is outstanding, and they are very thorough when ensuring youre pleased with the work done. Paying can be done automagically, and regular visits scheduled. Jordyn is even mindful of our pets, and treats them well, even though the furballs are each a giant pain in the tukus. I unhesitatingly recommend Merry Maids of Omaha.

We are selling our house and my housemate told me she was going to get the house cleaned, and that it was going to cost her $500. I assumed that they would send a couple people out and a carpet cleaner, but it was one person and a backpack vac for around 4 hours.$125 an hour to clean mildly well is a complete ripoff. When I called in to ask about it they said they would look it up and call me back but they never did. I would stay away from this company.

Its so nice to come home to a clean house.

I paid a fortune for a one time deep clean on my small one floor home and am super disappointed. The toilets sparkled and finger prints were gone but they do not have attention to detail... The top of medicine cabinet not dusted; picture frames on wall not dusted; an entire shelving unit in my bedroom not dusted; ceiling fan not dusted. I was also hoping to have my floors scrubbed more than just mopped and it just did not seem like a thorough deep clean. I was told at the quote that a manager would call or even stop by to assess the work which never happened. I also never received the survey they said theyd email. In the future Ill definitely be looking elsewhere. I could have had another service out 2 or 3 times for what I paid!

My experience is less than stellar. They did an OK job on my wood, but cleaning floors is their weak point. I had to call them back a second time as there were still dust bunnies in the corners. They did not bother to dust off all the furniture. After the 2nd visit they didnt even call to see how it went. The floors are still dirty, especially in the kitchen. I would NEVER recommend them to clean a house. They still owe me a clean home.
