Such horrible service. According to the website you’re supposed to be able to print but there’s only one computer and half the sites are blocked — I couldn’t get into a site that sold swimsuits for some reason? And the people who worked here were so checked out and completely unhelpful. Even for UPS this place was pretty awful.

I have been dealing with them for too long. They can never deliver my stuff on time. I have to deal with my medical situations. I have to deal with their shipping. They will lie and tell you that they have attempted to try to contact you on delivering your package when in fact you have been sitting at home all day waiting for that package to arrive and never ever shows up. UPS is the worst company to deal with when it to getting your package sent on time let alone in one piece.

How can you go to the same store and get two different international shipping prices on the same items?The man who assisted me the first time quoted me a price of $309. He was super polite. He weighted the items, asked for the location I was looking to send them to before quoting. Unfortunately for me I wasn’t ready to send them that day.My surprise when I go a second time and find someone else who did not weight the items but still quoted me a price, $200 more. I was shocked and decided to come back the day after hoping to see the first associate. Unluckily I did not find him there. So I asked the same man I spoke with the day before to explain how he came up with the price without weighing the items. He not only told me that he weighed the items (which he did not and I have a witness; the only item he touched was the box containing the iPhone I was trying to return) but also that he went by a certain box dimensions (a bigger one) to get the price. Astonishing! Never going back! The two stars are just based on the first interaction with the first associate. I just wished I had read the reviews here before doing anything with this store.

Been in here twice and both times the barely 5 foot tall brunette boy was extremely rude & unfriendly. Not an ounce of customer service skills in that kid. When i was returning two amazon items, one of them supposedly required a box, instead of offering options to figure it out, he just said “i cannot help you with this”. I have never dealt with someone with such a bad attitude. Rolled his eyes at any customer that walked in. Didn’t greet any of us. I will be contacting the store manager. If i could give zero stars, i would.

This store was completely unhelpful to us on an issue that they caused and then would not do anything to help us correct. They inappropriately coded it as C.O.D. which was not right, we paid for the package to be sent, anyone who knows what they are doing in this business knows that that means Cash On Delivery and if someone is paying for it at the sender location there is no need for C.O.D. Now the package is being held hostage, until we pay a COD amount we do not owe we cannot get the package delivered. After two visits to the store and about a dozen calls to UPS, we came to the conclusion that no one cared, at all, about the situation, no one could do anything about it. We had to pay the money and maybe the store owner at the location would pay us back. All for a situation we never created. I got pretty fed up at this point, got the number for UPS Legal Department and truly was ready to sue them. At the current time as I write this I have been contacted by a customer service person who seems to have a clue and may get this resolved. The core takeaway from this, about this store in particular, is that they screwed up, they didnt care, there was nothing that they could do. Doesnt matter what business you are in, you dont get a good rating from me if that is your attitude.
Every time I go here, the service is prompt, employees are knowledgeable and go above and beyond. Sent a 100 year old bottle bearing our last name to my son in Hastings & the employee took extra care to make sure it arrived safely and intact. If you want fast, reliable trustworthy service for your shipping needs, I highly recommend this spot!
I have a business I usually use services from this location I always send my stuff from this location. One of the my Coustomer product was broken I claim insurance it’s already been a more then 3 month no response I go there for inquiries they are so rude they say going to call me but never call me
People who work here are very kind and helpful. Sunny was patient even when the attachment in my email wouldnt open, and helped my out to print two pages by trying various methods. I will keep coming back!
They are good at what they do. I dont know who actually owns the store but there is a significant difference in the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. I usually get one of two guys who are knowledgeable and can answer my questions and take care of my needs. Unfortunately, not always the case. I continue to go there because I have managed to get the good guys more often than not
The UPS Stores are everywhere I need them. They help me conveniently and cost effectively return unused training materials and supplies after on-site, in-services in places like Omaha and around the country. They customize my shipping boxes and packaging materials so that my leftover products and literature arrive back to me in pristine and reusable condition. It doesnt get any easier or better than this. Thanks for always being available wherever I travel.
We own our company and had issues with getting our packages until we came over to the UPS store. We have had no problems since then. Whether our order was small (1 pkg) or large (a big install) they have been polite, helpful and organized. We enjoy going in to the store not only because of the professionalism, but because of the small town feeling. We are in the middle of Omaha, but the employees are always happy and helpful, know us and are interested in our family. We deal most often with Romit, but feel the same welcoming attitude from everyone in the store.

This location wanted to charge me 308.00 to pack and ship a package for me. I knew this price couldnt be correct so I went to a different location and my total bill to pack and ship was 98.47.How can this happen? Ahmeth doesnt know what he is doing at the Dodge street location. He shouldnt be working there.
The people here are always super nice and attentive. I never have to wait too long and if I do, there is usually an apology and an Ill be right with you. They do everything for me and I really appreciate that. Great spot to go to.

Lost my very expensive package or delivered it to the wrong home. I filed a claim on June 20th and have heard absolutely nothing except that they were looking into it.
I have always had great service at the UPS store. My packages have often arrived earlier than expected and have never been lost or damaged. The one time I thought a package was lost (my daughter had gotten it but didnt realize it) they were quick to track it for me when I called and took my concern seriously. I have sometimes shipped artwork so had them pack that for me due to the fragility of the frame and glass and they have alwyas arrived safe as well. Highly recommend them.

I was really surprised when they charged me a holding fee to pick up a package that I was supposed to get at the store for free....
Unprofessional in my opinion. Arrived 15 minutes before closing to have a document notarized on Thursday the 29th of November. The guy told me and my mother to “hurry up so I can get out of here soon”, and we had told him in the beginning we needed it faxed. When we went up to pay and told him about needing it faxed again he told us no, and that, “ they don’t pay me after 7”. Really? As if other people don’t have jobs, and we leave precisely at the time we are scheduled, right? Ha, grow up. This isn’t the first time I received poor service from this location. They need a manager. And by the way, we got out at 7:05...while another person was left to close by herself anyway... such an inconvenience right?

Great experience. I do alot of Amazon purchases. I get my packages on time always when Amazon sends them through UPS everything else either takes longer or is late. This store is close to home so I return my packages here, the staff is really nice and sometimes fees are waived out of convenience but there are some small fees for using the computer to print or purchasing a box, which is often worth the convenience for the $2-3. If I bring that stuff though drop of usually takes a couple seconds so Im in and out. I recently had to use FedEx and it has been a pain for me they dont show up when you schedule a pickup and dont call you and Express means you cant drop it in just any old FedEx box and you really can only schedule a pickup.
I was moving so I had a LOT of stuff to send off. They were courteous, thorough and very patient. I always get anxious when I go in with a lot of stuff to send off but I didnt once feel like I was a nuisance and that was great.
DO NOT SHIP YOUR PACKAGES HERE! The manager of this specific location is the least accommodating individual I have come in contact while shipping anything. I frequently ship car parts - many times I often prepay online - but every time I drop-off at this location I notice an additional charge for NO detailed reason as to why. This location does not look to help the customer, but rather, they seek to maximize their profits by adding on additional costs once the packages have been dropped off. If youre dropping off, I would suggest dropping off at Office Max on 69th and Dodge, where they accept prepaid UPS packages.
I have been to this location several times now and my experience has been the same each time. They constantly and intentionally try to upcharge my shipping needs. On one occasion, the staff member actually bent the object I was shipping right in front of me, while packing it. I have never felt confident with the staff, that they have the customers best interest at heart. Sad but you asked for my feedback and it is not positive.

Its been months since Ive used this store. Had a small package that was more than 24 hours late. Paid around $29 for shipping. Guaranteed to be on time. Caused a lot of pain and money because it wasnt. Went back toStore 3 times to get refund. Each time they said it would be mailed to me. Never did. Last time guy was unfriendly. Will notGo back again. Only use store down on about 30th & Q street.

Regret going there.They have a system to use internet but it is so slow it took me 30 mins to print a page and the charge they levied was per/min and i have paid $$ for their slow systemThey dont have stationary items such as pencils and erasers, clipsThey have stapler but they are running out of pinsWe showed a coupon for discount but they are not in position to tell if i can use it at that store. Arrived for notary service, waited over half an hour for an employee who was supposed to be there in about 5 minutes, who no one could find, then was redirected to another location half an hour away without any promises there would be a notary there until I demanded they call and find out. UPS is a horrible example of what a private company should be in every way.

Ur driver was negligent in my opinion & attempt was made to deliver my package I heard a knock at my door I could not get to the door at the time the only way I knew it define toy was a ups driver was I had to call & find out I woul like u to tell me why a voice mail message I got from u said do to a weather emergency because of snow is why they could not make another attempt for a delivery which is a total lie I work 8 miles from where I live I drove home with no problems I hop I dont ever have to use u for a serious emergency pkg delivery I doubt I would b able to depend on u I WILL NOT EVER RECOMEND U TO ANY ONE OR USE U U ABSOLUTELY ARE TERRIBLE

Horrible customer service!! I sent two packages through their location and THEY mixed up the labels and sent the packages to the wrong address. I went to ask about the mix up and they were unapologetic and rude about THEIR mistake. Now its on me to track down my packages to rectify the situation and get my money back. $300+ around the holidays isnt chump change.

These people are extremely rude and the most unhelpful people Ive ever had the misfortune of coming across in Omaha, NE. They actually fought with me because they didnt inform me of the fact there was a charge to use their computer that they told me I had to use, even though I had all the information on my phone. Go to any other location if you can.
My boxes were all broken and some stuff missing. When I enquired, I was told the boxes were not good quality. And when I asked about the missing stuff, they stop responding to me. Very poor business ethics!
How can this be LEGAL?? This is the second year in a row that I brought my Christmas presents into the UPS store at 79 & Dodge in Omaha after having measured and weighed my package at home and putting this information into the online calculator only to find out that it was going to cost me 8x the cost of the calculator and ETA 5 days later. Something is very wrong with either their calculator or their store. I am going to bet their store because when I took the package to USPS after using their online calculator, we were a match in price and ETA. Guess how all my packages are going to be delivered in 2016?
