The people were so pleasant. I enjoyed talking with the people in the office; they made my day. Nine hours early, and they unloaded me fast twenty minutes tops.

Fast unloading… my appointment was at 9am and I got here the night before and parked up got u loaded at 7am… took abt 30 min to unload

Had an amateur forklift driver that didnt know how to load a truck properly.

Limited space for backing, but can be done. Once docked, they are great about getting you loaded or unloaded.

Truck driver decided to speed up cut me off just to make a right 2 blocks ahead. Could have just as easily pulled behind me there was no traffic behind me. How rude today near 126th and Giles at 0845 hours

I am very happy with their service. The freight forwarder did not give me all the paper work to clear my cargo from the warehouse. I had just driven 200 miles to pickup my freight (private) and only had three days to clear the warehouse after which I would be charged storage fees. I was at a loss because I had never done this before. The person at the window immediately contacted the freight forwarder in San Jose, Ca. to fax me the missing paperwork. In fifteen minutes, I was cleared. The fork lift driver worked into his lunch hour loading my pickup. Very nice of him.

Im giving it a 4 star because they were super nice and once they started loading me they were quick but I sat. I was told they open at 7 but when I show up the half of the building I need is 8 instead. Other then that not a bad place.

Everyday I see their trucks being operated irresponsibly. Both in Omaha and out on the rural highways. Today I am driving on NE 15 North of Fairbury and was doing 62 in a 60 zone. Their truck tailgated me for miles trying to pass. Once they passed they pulled away from me quite quickly probably going 70 or more. I saw them at the intersection of US 6 and NE 15 where they didnt stop at the stop sign. Truck #2F226 delivering for the furniture mart.

DO NOT TAKE LYNAM, CONSTRUCTION IS NEARLY IMPASSABLE.

Their driver was dropping off furniture for Nebraska Furniture Mart and blocked off several cars in our apartment complex from leaving their spots. When asked to move, the driver laughed and said we would have to wait until they moved EVERYTHING inside. There were several places where they could have parked and had not been blocking in anyone, but decided to park closer and in the way. We had to wait 20 minutes for him to finish while we waited in our car and couldn’t leave our parking spot.USDOT 563314License: IL 170038

From a drivers perspective this place is great. Easy in and out. Have yet to spend more than an hour between check in to check out. Parking just up the road at the loves truck stop
