Horrible to do business with and always have trouble. My place of business is closed on Saturdays, I cannot tell you in the past how many times they left my packages outside and just drove off, we dont open till Monday. Today I have a customer call and need a part shipped from Sidney to York. First problem is at 8:11am they tell me it will be picked up tomorrow, then they tell me the customer has to call them and set up the appointment, and wanted to argue with me, I hung up on the lady. I buy parts daily from eastern Nebraska and have them delivered to me in Sidney, and ASAP I do not trust to get the job done.

Best company to go with when you need 24 hour delivery.

This is the worst small parcel delivery service that exists between Lincoln and Omaha, excuse after excuse after excuse as to why your package hasnt been delivered but yet they charge you the same none the less, rent a cab, dont use this company

I thought customer service was long dead and gone until I ran across Becky & ASAP Express! I had an urgent shipping need that came up unexpectedly and I never imagined I could get my items so quickly at such a reasonable rates. I am SUPER IMPRESSED and that doesnt happen often anymore so if you want fantastic service and fair pricing give these fine Folks a try, you wont be sorry!!

Been using ASAP for few years now for our local midwest parts delivery and very happy pleased with their customer services as well delivery times and rates. Would recommend to anyone that looking for quick reasonable shipping service in our midwest region.

I had a part delivered from Grand Island Ne. to Rural Geneva Ne.Their stated delivery time was 11/1/16, the part was delivered 11/2/16 which is no big deal, but they delivered the part to a implement dealer in town not to me. They stated they could not find my address that has been here for 40 years. Our county has the easiest address system any where, It a-z one way and 1-25 the other with a very visible sign post on every corner. A grade school student could find their way around. This was very inconvenient for the dealer who had to hunt some one up to get the part as well as my wife who had to take time to drive 16 miles to town and back. Is this just lazy or inability?

What a joke of a delivery company wont deliver to your place!!
