Pratts radon mitigation is the best around! Peyton gave me a very reasonable estimate even though my basement is a 100+ year old challenge! He took time to explain radon and the mitigation process. I received top notch customer service and I recommend them to everyone!

I called for an estimate a while back, spoke briefly. I called back to reschedule never answered. Then finally canceled. I urge you to go with another company. My house needed this done to sell and I couldnt even get a response.. very unprofessional. I wasnt going to put this but my friend just had the same experience with them. So letting others know!!

The price was reasonable but the instalation was amaturish at best. The anchors for the exhaust pipes were not properly installed so there was not much holding the pipes. When they drilled the exit hole it torn huge chunks out of the siding that they smeared caulking to semi seal the opening.
