The most distasteful company I’ve ever dealt with unprofessional. I get it’s a work and personal business is supposed to be separate, but for them to tell you their time is being wasted, when you’re going through family death is mind blowing!!!!! Inconsiderate, narcissistic, unprofessional people!!! They rush you for everything, your time, space and even with your own family’s grieving. They put personal things in front of professional. DO NOT APPLY THERE!!! Seriously and jobs they offer are unprofessional and demanding as well!!!!!!

Frivolous & nepotism, the first time I tried to work with Aerotek was 2011/2012 the recruiter (I dont remember her name) gave me a job assignment that wasnt going to start for another month I told her I couldnt wait that long since my seasonal job was ending soon she tried to pressure me into taking the assignment & told me that if I didnt I would be less likely to hire in the future.Years later covid happened I took a second chance reached out to aerotek & the job assignment changed repeatedly, my recruiter didnt informed about any changes (hours changed dramatic) but kept my coworker (they started weeks later) updated on their assignment, I especially loved how my recruiter also single me out, bought them lunch followed up with them without hesitation, kept them well informed but couldnt do the same with me was it my ethnicity?...my gender?.... Why did they treat me differently? Save yourself the headache & go to a different agency.

I would NOT WORK HERE!!! I DID OVER TIME FOR A JOB I GOT ABOUT 70 HOURS AEROTEK DID NOT I REPEAT DID NOT PAY ME ALL OF MY MONEY!!!!!! WHEN I CALL THEY TOLD ME THE LADY THAT WORKS THERE DONT WORK THERE NO MORE AND THAT THEY WILL.ONLY PAY ME FOR 10 MORE HOURS AND WITH ALL THE HOURS THEY PAID ME DIDNT EVEN ADD UP TO MY REGULAR HOURS!!!! Personally in my opinion,one of the most unprofessional interviews I have had. After about a month of phone tag finally got an interview set up but didnt like the gap in employment,understandable but they reached out to me! Then I was asked for names of the people I had interviewed with at other companies,who does that? I did however get a job offer elsewhere that same day though! Personally,would not recommend Aerotek.

Im not sure what kind of interactions others have had. Mine has been positive.I was placed on an assignment that was dysfunctional at best. I decided to stick it out as long as possible. When the time came for 2 of us to hire on, the client wanted to cut our pay by $2/ hour. I had requested to be taken off the assignment and placed elsewhere.My recruiter took me to lunch, paid for it and got me a better assignment that raised my pay by $3/ hour.I made every effort to play ball, be patient and show up to my assignment. I always communicated w/ them and they always communicated with me and were always helpful.I would suppose that how you approach them is how theyll approach you.There are no other words I could say but more positive things.If youre a good candidate and have a good attitude, I would think you would have the same experience as I have.

Waste of time. Yes, they may find you a job, but Heaven forbid you do not like the assignment or the company they send you too because they WILL NOT answer or return your phone calls or emails. I highly recommend going through Snelling or Cornerstone staffing, if you have to go through a staffing agency, they are the better options. They lie and say, 90 day temp to hire but fail to follow up with company regarding becoming a full-time employee and pay.

Ive worked with Aerotek on four different occasions and on all four occasions, I feel the way i have been treated was very unprofessional.I very clearly stated my skills and abilities, along with work experiences and references. On all four occasions the staff have done a poor job communicating with me in the process of finding available work. Ive not been contacted as to whether or not theyre willing to work with me and have not been told if indeed there is work available to me.I feel this poor communication is a severe lack of professionalism and strongly advise against asking for this staffing agencys help.

They will hire any and everybody and then will falsely accuse their own employees for doing things that have not been done. Instead of doing thorough investigations or any kind of investigation they just run with gossip and you better hope the gossip leans in your favor otherwise if the majority rule isn’t that they don’t like you, you’re out. If you speak your mind about concerning issues, they don’t like you and you’re out. This is a shiesty company but if you need a quick fix to get a job just kiss a few apples and it’s yours.

My recruiter was Alexa and I was very pleased with her help and services. My big complaint was the job I was sent to. I was supposed to be a trailer mechanic and the hours were supposed to be Mon-Fri 6-5. The hours ended up being Mon-Sat 6-6 and I was not allowed breaks by the boss. The job also ended up being a welding/fabricating job. I can weld fairly well but I am not a fabricator. I spent good money to rent a drop-deck trailer to haul my toolbox out there and will have to pay even more to haul it back home while I look for another job. The issue, based on my experience and other reviews, is that theres a good lack of communication between the customers and the agencies staff.

This is the warmest and we’ll put together company I’ve ever worked for. All these complaints are so rude and nobody ever shares the love. For example I interviewed for a job that wouldn’t take me because of issue on my background. But my recruiter got me another one that did. Now I’m actually on contract with aerotek and it is amazing. I went there to apply for jobs and they didnt help me out. A year or so later they call me and state that they have found a job for me. That was a couple of years ago and they call me every 6 months to a year offering a job. Its funny how persistent and helpful they are when I dont want/need them, yet they were terrible when I desperately needed a job.

I was recruited by Aerotek approximately 5 months ago via a resume I posted online. I, having worked with staffing agencies in the past, was slightly skeptical assuming that any position I was offered would be low paying and temporary. After interviewing with them however, I was quickly evaluated for a position well within my requested salary and skill set. Ashley Hick, the Aerotek member who helped me, was honest about expectations and highly diligent in her efforts. She was able to find me a permanent position with a company performing work I had described as desirable. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience I’ve had and would certainly return if I should ever find myself in the job market again. I have worked with other temp agencies in the past, but aeroteck definitely was the number one pick! They treat you with respect and a high level of professional standards. Their receptonist I enjoyed the experience of working with Colby Nugen. He provided me with detailing steps of my new position. I liked the simple fact he treated me like a human being (not judging a book by the cover). He kept bases and let me know if i had any questions to contact him. Aeroteck is winning in my book!

They give you a variety of employment opportunities. The recruiters are friendly and genuinly vested in your success. My one knock is communication with them can take more than business day once a question is emailed or left on voicemail. But its not enough to take a whole star off.Ive worked with aerotek 3 times now and theyve all been good experiences. MJ is my current recruiter.

After interviewing Ms. Land said she would be in contact with me. Here i am 3weeks later and have had zero contact. She was nice but seemed to have her own motives and kept pushing the idea of doing something i did not want to do. Overall bad experience and will not be working with them again.

My experience started off well but at the end it was horrible. I was placed on an assignment that I loved and then because of events related to medical issues...issues that are covered by ADA by the way...I was removed from the position. The recruiter only kept in touch with me until I picked up my box of stuff from my desk. After that they would not return any phone calls or emails. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This place is a joke! Told me hours were 8-4:30 with rarely working saturdays I worked every single Saturday for 3 months and the hours were 7-5 didnt bother me cuz the pay was terrible so unneeded the over time but still would of liked to have known, also they told me I used the restroom too much and that the lead was going to keep track of it! Really? I finally said screw it and took a bunch of days off to find a real job and they ended up terminated my contract over text message! Kelsey was terrible she told me that the job I wanted the company wouldnt want me but I actually got hired straight on full time through that company

Complete waste of time DO NOT GO WITH THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR TIME AND GAS WASTED. So I submitted a few applications to Raven regarding some positions in the Omaha Metro. Then I called her and she looked over my application then called me in for a interview. Once I arrived I had to wait for 20 minutes for her to even come out and greet me. Then she didnt have my resume so she had to go print it which was fine. However she took like 15 minutes to print it and just left me in an empty room. She looked over my application then said oh yea my jobs wont fit you. Im like what the hell then why did you even schedule and interview and waste my time? I drove all the way from Council Bluffs, wasted gas money I did not have and waited over an hour once you calculated all the time I sat waiting for her. They have no issue wasting your time and taking food out of your childrens mouth as long as they reach their interview quota they get paid. DO NOT GO HERE OR IF YOU DO YOU BETTER MAKE SURE THERE SERIOUS!

Dealt with Austin there for welding positions. Absolutely does not know anything about welding. Had interview times mixed up and wasnt very helpful at all. Big thumbs down on this guy.

I have been working through this company for over a year. Ive worked 4 different places and I have to say so far Areotek has been an answer to a prayer for ME and my family! My recruiter, who is no longer be there, he was very sweet and helpful. As long as you do ur best and not only give yourself a good name on ur job but make AREOTEK look good too - u wont regret it. But if u are going to half do ur job and conduct yourself in a way that is unseemly, then dont expect another assignment anytime soon. Dont make people glad twice - glad to see u come and truly GLAD to see u leave!

Come To Find Out There Werent Any Positions Open. Then He Said Will Call Me Back And Never Did! I Had To Call Chris Back & Left A Message And He Never Called Me Back Or Returned My Call! Omaha Job Temporary Agencies Are Horrible & Very Unproffessional. I Will Never Advise Anyone To Go Through This Because Its A Waste Of Time! You Can Be Looking For a Job On Your Own & Find One Faster!!!!!!!

Horrible staffing agency. Chris Wildman and Brandon Will have no integrity and ethics when it comes to the contractors that work for them. I recently filed a Equal Opportunity Complaint both at the state and federal level against these individuals and their company. Hopefully that will let current and future clients of theirs know not to do business with them and this agency. If others have any similiar issues I invite you to file similiar complaints. A lawsuit is pending........ Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and like a human being.
