My mom and I recently went in for ear piercings. All of the staff we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful! They answered questions respectfully and with knowledge.Lexi was our piercer and not only did she do a great job, she was so nice! She kept constant conversation and was super quick. She was very professional and listened to what we needed and wanted.Overall it was a great experience.

I left a review over a year ago about my tattoo. I deleted it because I was very angry and ignorant and I apologize. However, I still feel the same way. I do not like it at all. Does not look like the picture I provided. The guy who tatted was very heavy handed, he hurt me pretty bad. I have had tattoos in more sensitive areas before and not one of them hurt as bad as this one. I literally bled for 3 days after. It sucked.

I love this place! The shop looks amazing and so clean. Everyone in the Omaha and Fremont shops are so incredibly cheerful and friendly, it makes for a very comfortable environment, and its clear that all the artists love what they do. Aaron did an amazing job reworking a poor tattoo on my leg, I am so very grateful! They made sure everything was how I wanted it, and was super cool about my ideas and adding his professional input. They made sure I LOVED it and not just liked it, lol.

My daughter has now had 3 piercings here, we love it and plan to get tattoos soon too. Well organized, very clean, and fun staff.

Currently getting a tattoo removed by Christian. He is absolutely amazing. Takes his to explain the process, the risks, and is super down to earth! Prices are affordable as well. I will not be going anywhere else for removing my current tattoo situations, tattoos or piercings!

I got my nose pierced here. My experience was wonderful, Christian was so friendly and professional. He talked me through the whole process. The shop is clean and beautifully decorated. I would reccomend this place to anyone!!

My daughter and I had an appointment for different ear piercings with Lexi and we could not have been happier! My daughter was so nervous and she had never had an ear piercing with a needle. Lexi made her feel so comfortable and talked her through everything. Even when she started crying Lexi told her to just let it out. That actually really helped her instead of trying to hold it in. I had my tragus pierced and a helix piercing and its only been a week since and they feel perfectly fine. I dont have the issues I normally have with those mall piercing guns!I highly recommend going here! They even said they will change out the jewelry for free when its time :)

Very knowledgable and fun piercers. Swapped out an eyebrow and they gave better advice on cleaning/maintaining regimen for my other piercings. Since changing routines piercings have been healthier and not aggravated. HIGHLY recommend for piercing.

Had a small tattoo done by Rinn and it was wonderful! I brought my own picture, she drew it up in minutes and made suggestions on angle/placement that were very welcome. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and made sure I approved of everything. The shop itself is very clean and nice looking, and every staff member I interacted with was great!

Where to start! I got my piercing on June 16th by a wonderful piercer by the name Christian. He seemed to be the only good part of my experience. He was perfect and I would love to recommend him again if he didn’t work for this shop and happened to change shops. He accurately showed me how to clean it and took his time piercing me. He also had some advice of his own as he had 3 cartilage piercings and a lot of experience. This is compared to the other piercer a young woman who pierced my friends ear, I think her name might have been Lexi (she had black hair and quite a few piercings), she kept her explanation too simple which was quite concerning. I washed my ear with the required saline solution MAY I ADD they sold to me 3-4 times a day as required. What leads my review to be so poor is what happened on June 24th. I woke up with a swollen ear and called the shop thinking they would have some good advice on how to fix it. Besides the usual ibreprophen and ice. (This included a back extension or removal) After a panicked 30 min drive we stepped into the store and they didn’t bother to take a few minutes to examine my ear or help. They simply told me I needed to go to the doctor as soon as possible. It was the same woman who pierced my friends ear which made me more concerned about her professionalism. After that rude service we went to urgent care where the doctor had to pull it out stating that if I would’ve kept it in like the artist recommended my ear would’ve swallowed the piercing. I would’ve appreciated a more personal and caring experience instead of my half swollen face and poor service I received. Would not recommend this shop at all as infected piercings have been something commonly found in the bad reviews. (The pictures of my ear can be seen on the review I left on their Facebook — this experience was a nightmare)

My 14 year old, Autistic daughter wanted to get her ears pierced. Did my research and decided on this place. We are so happy we did. Christian Huet was our piercer. He was patient and explained everything to her in a way she could understand. Everything was clean and sanitary. The alignment was perfect! Highly recommend this place/piercer!

Great place! I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and was pleasantly surprised by the patient piercer who dealt with a scared and upset little girl (not mine!) who didnt want her second ear pierced. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful and the prices were decent. It was a quirky and clean shop and I was happy we had chosen it.

I went here to get a large tattoo and incorporate a cover up into it. Lyndon did a fantastic job on my tattoo. Very attractive yet sterile shop. Piercing artist was able to install my daughters industrial piercing, but was very clear at the beginning that he needed to examine her cartilage before making any attempt, due to the shape of her ear. He was extremely detailed in instructions on how to care with the two punctures, including long term care. I was very impressed with his professionalism and customer care.

I came in a little nervous since I hadnt been pierced since I was 4 years old, but I was immediately put at ease by Christians professional and friendly nature. He made sure everything was perfectly lined up and cleaned thoroughly before piercing, answered every question patiently, and gave me great recommendations for aftercare. I took my 15 year old daughter there this past Saturday to have her cartilage pierced and doubles on her lobes. I was impressed with the check in process, checking for our identification and that the lady at the front could walk my daughter through some of her questions.Trent did amazing with my daughter. He spoke with her directly about what she wanted, what to expect through the process and proper care. He didnt just only speak to the adult in the room but engaged her as well which my daughter really appreciated. We are so very happy with the helpfulness, professionalism, cleanliness and overall kindness of the team there. Would highly recommend! (and will be back :-) )

Amazing place! I brought my sister here so we could get our doubles done, and we were the last customers of the night. The people were super nice and the piercer (Christian) who did our ears was really skilled and confident in what he did. Im really happy with how mine look and if I have any future piercings, Im definitely going here again!

I went here a few months ago to get a double helix. The atmosphere was pretty chill, the prices werent bad and everyone i talked to was patient and informative, the piercer especially. He happily answered all of my questions and told me what he was doing as he was doing it, which i greatly appreciated. The only downside is that a week later i was in urgent care for a pretty bad case of MRSA. a few months and a very expensive medical bill later, my ear cartilage is still Not Okay and im very hesitant to try to get anything pierced in the future. Whether it was my own fault or the shops, I couldnt tell you. But all things considered, it was an unpleasant experience overall.

We took our 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced at Eternal. Christian did an amazing job of making her feel comfortable and at ease. He was very professional and and did an amazing job of explaining the care we need to take after the piercing. The place was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and accommodating. I would imagine have a young child come in for a piercing would be stressful, but they handled her with such care that it was a positive experience for her . Just came here to get two cartilage piercings. All the staff we super friendly and the pricing is extremely reasonable. Christian helped me and my friend feel very comfortable and he did a great job on both our piercings.

Got a piercing on March 10th 2020. They were short staffed so I ended up waiting a little over 2 hours for my piercing. However the guy that was working was so positive and friendly the entire time! You can definitely tell he loves what he does!

This tattoo parlor is nothing less than phenomenal. I spent a lot of time researching shops in Omaha and Im so happy and grateful I found this one. I had Matt do a half sleeve for me at the Omaha location, which turned out amazing. This is a very clean, modern, and extremely professionally ran shop. All the artists from the most seasoned to the apprentices have got serious skills. This shop is great environment to get work done. Eternal will have all my future tattoos.

Decided to check this place out after making up my mind about a piercing. Christian helped me out, and Im pretty happy with the experience. He answered all of my questions. Told me the reason behind everything he was doing. Didnt have to wait long. Staff was approachable and nice. Good music. Was in and out within an hour from start to finish. 10/10 will go again.

My daughter wanted a tattoo for her birthday and Eternal Tattoo was the only place open at 10:00 a.m. so we went there. Eric did her first one and he did an amazing job. Still love looking at it. Jake did her second and his is equally amazing!!! She has had a total of 4 done in a little of a year and each one is unique and beautiful. I dont think I would go anywhere but here because they dont just do tattoos they create works of art!!!

Turned out that Wood had a client that didnt show up so he set up a privacy curtain and did the touch up. Wood is very professional and listened to what I wanted and he did exactly that! Very professional and experienced. I took my 4 month old baby here to get her ears pierced and they did a great job. I was only disappointed when after only one month the top of the earring had fallen off (she never touches her ears, it happened in her sleep). They made me pay for a replacement of the tiny earring. I would just make sure they screw the top of the earrings on tight to prevent them from falling off.

I went with a friend who got his tattoo and it was an amazing experience! His tattoo artist listened to music as he was tattooing him but we didn’t have any issues with this because it helped him concentrate on his work. When he wasn’t using his headphones, he was very polite and fun to talk to. I loved the way the place was set up and the tattoo looked amazing!

Went in Aug. Was referred to one of the tattoo artists. He was just getting back to working on a guy so had some time to talk. I told him who referred me (another artist) and he was very appreciative. Asked the girl up front if any open times. He was booked to Dec. I signed up for an 8 hr tattoo but we didnt zet a date. Went in today and the girl tells me he is now booked through Feb. So if I hadnt gone in to ask,I would have never heard a word. Taking my business elsewhere.

Ive had several pieces done at Eternal. They are by far the best tattoo shop Ive ever been to. I had a tattoo done in Fremont last year at Eternal Tattoo and was impressed with them. When I learned a shop had opened in Omaha just a few blocks from me, it was as if a voice whispered in my ear it was time for anther one. All the guys on this particular Saturday (Jake, Christian, and Eric) were very professional but also fun to talk to. The time flew by and the tattoo I wanted turned out to be so professionally done, others thought I had put a decal on! Im very pleased with my tattoo and will be returning for another one in the near future.

My 11 yr old sons dad took him here Saturday to get his ears pierced! I’m not sure what piercer did my sons ears. All I can say is from what I heard my son was not a easy one! Apparently he throw a 20 min fit not letting the guy do it. From what I was told the piercer was amazingly patient with my son and even gave him agree balls! Very impressed with this shop!

My daughter is four years old and I was skeptical about bring her in. I brought here and the atmosphere was calm relaxing, clean, the couches, oh my word those couches I could of fell asleep on them they were so comfortable. The service was a 10!!! Great work, would be five stars but it takes so long to get in to get a tattoo done and touch up for the tattoo. Artist didnt communicate as much as I wouldve liked. I emailed an idea of what I wanted and I didnt see any drawing until the day of my appointment.

I heard about them through my step dad and he only had good thing to say so I drove from la vista to the Columbus location. I went for the fundraiser they were having and got to meet the whole team. They are all so nice and make you feel like family from the beginning. That is where I had Matt do my thigh tattoo and I absolutely love it so of course I had to go back. I was SO happy when I heard they were opening an Omaha location. I went in to have my arm done. I walked in with a drawing and let Eric work his magic. He is one of the bests.
