Smell quality seems great. But images are so blurry if I didn’t know what the images were, and someone else showed them to me I would have no idea. Will never be ordering from this company again. Poor poor quality. 10/10 do not recommend! Find another company to make your custom air fresheners!!

The quality of smell is great. Unfortunately, the custom image design I had integrated text that is so blurry, you can’t read it. I imagine these are great for simple designs, but for actual images and text, they become almost unrecognizable.

I ordered from this company several weeks ago and nearly 2 weeks ago received confirmation stating that this item was “delivered” by my local post office. Even tho I was unable to locate this package I waited some time to allow it to hopefully “turn up” and also checked with nearby neighbors. Unfortunately I had no luck so I contacted my local postal office. After speaking with the office they told me that it was marked as “delivered” but a mistake could of been made and they were sorry I did not receive my package and to contact the seller to resolve this issue. Yesterday I contacted the seller and have had a conversation with “Antonio”. Antonio is hands down the worst customer service representative I have come in contact with. We are nearly 32 emails deep as the first 20 he basically fought with me that my package was delivered and that I needed to contact my post office. I told him many many times i did and that was not good enough for him. After requesting to speak with his manager about the poor customer service he finally decided to try to resolve this issue and basically ignored my comment of having a manager reach me. After requesting a manager 4-5 times he finally said that the only option he had- besides proof of communication with the postal office even tho I have told him many times I spoke with them so clearly he does not believe me, he offered to have them reprinted and but shipping costs would rest with me 😅 why would I want to pay for something AGAIN that I never received the first time? And basically at this point I do not want a reprint for how badly I feel this situation has been handled. After requesting a call again he tries to backtrack and state that he has given me options however I am unwilling to accept them. This customer service representative is basically trying to backtrack for his lack of service after 32 emails as he does not want to show his management how properly he has handled this situation. If from the beginning he would of been empathic and asked me to wait an additional few days- I would understand and do so, however, at this point I have disputed this with my card company and have called and left messages to be contacted by management regarding this issue. PLEASE do not order from this company as they have horrible customer service as I, as the buyer, am not at fault for my package not being delivered to my location.

I placed order #49233 on may 22nd and as of June 4th I have not received my order or any updates in any way shape or form for all I know they took my money. I keep calling (402) 769-0609 as it’s listed as their customer service number and no one answers....ever! I don’t recommend purchasing anything thru them as they’re very unprofessional and poorly structured.Ben.

I was informed that my order #39119 has shipped however I have not received any tracking updates or whereabouts of my package and when I try to email them it says unable to deliver to sender and they will not answer the phone. I do not know where my package is or if it is even coming and it was supposed to be a birthday present

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service practices I have ever encountered. I received a POSTAGE DUE notice. I did not pay it, as I already paid for the item and shipping when I ordered the item online. After emailing their customer service about this, Antonio told me to contact my Post Office because it wasnt a new charge from Instafreshener so Id have to deal with the Post Office. Well, I contacted the Post Office and they let me know that the postage due is because the company mailed the item with improper shipping. I forwarded this information via email to Antonio and was still told this is not their error and its the Post Offices fault for changing the shipping. I told Antonio I would not pay for the postage due and that the item would be returned to sender. I asked for a refund since this is their fault for incorrectly shipping the item and I will never receive it as I will not pay postage due. He said I ordered the item so Im basically screwed, stuck with not getting the package or having to pay for ADDITIONAL POSTAGE DUE shipping costs that are not my fault OR the post offices fault. Fast forward past an email chain of like 20 emails with this guy, at this point I guess Ill just eat the charges for my package that is getting sent back to them. Absolutely THE WORST. DO. NOT. BUY. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO, they blocked me from commenting anything on their facebook page after calling them out. BEWARE.

Very great idea, unfortunately clarity of air fresheners was REALLY bad. Had they been clear or clearer, Id love them.
