When we first engaged with JQ, our account manager took the time to understand our needs, and catered a solution to those needs, rather than force product or services he wanted to sell that we may not have necessarily needed. At each renewal, we received the same thorough needs analysis to ensure we were re-tooling as necessary. We lease all of our print/scan/fax equipment through JQ, and they perform the service on those machines as well.
