I recently fell for a scam where the people stated my computer had a virus and pretended to be Microsoft, gained access to my computer, and tried getting money. I know you get what you pay for so in a moment of panic, I googled computer services in the Omaha area and ran across DME Computer. He had close to 50 reviews with a 5 star rating so I thought it would be my best bet and was ready to dish out a ton of money to get great service. He took my computer same day and was going to have it back to me the next day (which is amazing.) He ended up having to keep it an extra day (which is still far less time than I expected) and even offered to bring it to me so I wouldnt have to drive back out to get it, while throwing in some extras for me for having to keep it an extra day. He was extremely professional the entire time. He explained in full detail everything he was doing, told me things I did and did not need (even though things I did not need were things he could have made money off of Im sure, but was still honest about not needing them), and exceeded my expectations. To top it all off, I expected to pay almost 3 times what I was charged. His prices cant be beat. Choosing him was one of the best decisions and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone I know. He also checked in a few days after getting it back to make sure everything was working great (which it is!)

Great service! Hard drive crashed on my Dell laptop. Dropped off PC around noon and had it back that same evening. The new hard drive working great with all the data restored properly and at a reasonable price. I would recommend DME and will use them again in the future.

My laptop had stopped recognizing my AC adapter after getting dropped on its charger port. He quoted potential repair costs for a new port and was very knowledgeable in finding parts for the best deals, which saves a lot! The tech got my computer in and out of my car for me, did an excellent job fixing it, had a quick turn around, and still checked with me after I got home to make sure everything worked properly. My computer had performance issues. Had reset computer several times and even took it to another computer repair store with no luck. Partitions were wrong and drives were swapped. DME was able to correctly restore computer and also indicated problem with power port. Very knowledgeable and repair was fast. Would recommend to anyone. Dont bother with the Apple Store. This place is great. Dario replaced my battery and upgraded my drive and installed OS in the time it took to get a haircut, and even called me to tell me it was ready. At Apple, I would have still been standing in line looking at The Domain hipsters, waiting for a genius to take my computer and tell me it would take 3 days. Save yourself the grief.

He was concerned that this would happen and had already backed up my information to his PERSONAL hard drive to help me out. What a relief. If he hadnt done that, I fear I would have lost everything. I first started having computer problems when I downloaded the new operating system on my MacBook Pro. I first went to geek squad were they wanted to charge me $100 dollars just to run a diagnostics check (basically hooking it up to a system that runs automatic checks), not including price of parts and repair when the problem is found.Thankfully I found this bussiness online. I called and he was very helpful, the hours are great, and he kept in constant contact with me the entire time about what he was finding, and what the cost of repair would be. It ended up having a corrupted hard drive.My computer was ready in just a couple day (I initially dropped it off at the close of bussiness and just before the weekend, so I dont know if you can count that day) and the price was less than best buys diagnostic check price.I will continue use him in the future before anyone else.

My 2014 11 MacBook Air got water on the key board. I shut it down and dried it off - all the tricks. However, once dried it would not boot up. I took it to DME who diagnosed that parts were fried and needed to be replaced. DME fixed it in a few days.The part of the service that I was most impressed with is I expected that my motherboard would need to be replaced. However, DME said no just a smaller board that DME purchased second hand off eBay. I was impressed by DMEs technical skills however very much by their honesty and integrity.

I had a 2011 iMac HDD swapped out for an internal SSD and was completely satisfied: 1. Outstanding responsiveness through the website chat link on several occasions. 2. Very competitive cost. 3. Dropped off the computer on Saturday afternoon and picked it up Sunday morning - could not ask for better availability. If I need support again, Im going to DME.

Had my iMac fixed and repaired for 1/3 what any other place in town would do it for. New Hard drive, labor, install of OS and he saved my old information and put it on new Hard Drive for $188 TOTAL. The other places wanted $155 for labor alone and $65 to install an OS system. This place is the only place to get your iMac fixed in Omaha.

Dario is extremely professional and really knows what hes doing!After I installed an extra 16 GB of RAM on my gaming/work rig (I know, mixing and matching RAM can cause problems, but these were the same manufacturer and model as the originals to minimize the risk), it started on an infinite power cycle and BSOD parade.I didnt want any of my data to get corrupted, so I decided to take it to a pro. I am GLAD I did! It turned out that the RAM sticks I bought were defective, and that I needed a fresh Windows install and drivers to fix the corruption caused by their malfunction. I never couldve figured that out by myself, and I consider myself to be a techie.Not only did Dario find and solve the issue, but he also installed an extra 250 GB SSD for my boot drive in addition to my original one. Which is pretty awesome!Now, I just need to get some higher quality RAM to upgrade it further!P.S. On a related note, DO NOT buy Crucial Ballistix DDR3-1600 CAS 9 RAM sticks! The two 8GB ones that I got were garbage, and the only reason my computer was temporarily bricked.
