I dont know much about computers. My husband asked me to call for estimates while he is at work. I called to have a power jack replaced. The lady that answered the phone told me that isnt a part they normally carry and told me to call Interstate Battery because they sell universal chargers. I again told her that the jack or port needed replaced and she told me that means the motherboard needs replaced and told me it would cost over $500 to replace the power jack. I just got an estimate from AME Computers for $110. I was looking for a place that knows more about computers than I do, this is definitely not it. Very disappointed in this place and will NEVER use this place.
