I had a question regarding my ESOP retirement, and the new COO, TINA, COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION, so I called the financial institution myself to do further investigation. There was NO help from FBG to help find the answer or any follow up on their part especially since ESOP is promoted during each annual ESOP celebration. Pathetic...
