Jones is the BEST! I needed them sooner rather for a carpet patch and they came in two days. I then needed last minute whole house carpet cleaning, there the next day! Small business owner. Jim was terrific! Loved his knowledge about carpet. They are reasonable and very thorough. I will definitely call them again. He repaired and cleaned my carpet and it looks brand new. I called Jones Services and received a quote and Jim came out the next day and repaired a 2 inch hole that our dog chewed through the carpet. He was in and out in less than an hour and the repair looks great. He gave us advice for the care to take afterwords for about a week then he said it should be back to normal. Great Service!
