Would not use again! Very frustrating and cant wrap my head around what the $395.00 to have my taxes done, really covered. Met with the guy for 10 min. After that I didnt realize I was going to have to drive all away across town to pick up and file my own paper work. Sad my original accountant retired. He did a great job and filed my paperwork and even sent payment up. This company I had to request to pay through my account which was told originally I couldnt do then the secretary said yes and supposedly set it up. Well months went by and my taxes never came out of my account. I called and called. Again never talking to the guy I payed $395.00 just his secretary and after tax season no one would respond to me and hes out on vacation! So again I had to take it upon myself to go online. Pay my taxes and late fees thanks to them never setting it up correctly. Not worth the price!
