From brainstorming together the most beneficial topics to focus on to execution of the training, everything was well thought out and purposeful, with enough flexibility to accommodate real time questions and topics as they arose during training days. Level-Up was such a great program. Even though we had to use Zoom, the interaction, material and feedback was beyond my expectations. I learned a lot about myself and how to become a better leader, and it will help me through my journey for years to come. The instructor, Michelle was fantastic as well. I had several challenges come up during the program, and she was very helpful and gave me great ideas on how to navigate these challenges. It was very refreshing to have some guidance from the outside looking in. I will be looking for more courses in the future.

Andrea Fredrickson gave freely of her time to speak to my Family Business class at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln this week. Our organization utilized Revelas revScan Organizational Health Assessment to assess our culture especially after the shift of work culture and environment due to the pandemic. The process went very smooth for our administration and staff. The short survey provided valuable input on our programs current status. We were able to also get a short consultation regarding the results including a report that we could utilize to build on and great goals for. Revela has been an amazing resource for program even non-profits like us for leadership and organizational assessment. Highly recommend for all!

I really didnt have high expectations coming into the training. And the fact it was moved to Zoom vs in person. However, as class started my mind quickly changed and started focusing on what it can do for me. Michelle Hill did an amazing job being a mentor and facilitator over the last 5 months. I have been through quite a bit of training over my career, this is one that I have grown the most. I am more confident in my decision making, I am building a team that has trust and a relationship, and I am using new skills that I learned that I really wasnt sure about prior to the class. The transition in a family business from one generation to the next goes past just the lawyer outlined succession plan. The transition of leadership between family members comes with its own set of unique circumstances. Andrea and her team help everybody involved develop a path to transition that is built around each company and familys unique needs. If you are in a family business, working with Revela is a must. I just wrapped up a class with Lona Smart and I feel she truly helped find ways for me to improve as a warehouse manager. Every manager has different issues, but what is nice about this class is how they use the DiSC system to help you figure out how to work with others. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to better understand their workforce.
