Products are good. They do not service the account and are very condescending/snarky when you ask any questions.Employee reached out asking for help on filing out paperwork. It was an inconvenience for our rep to help. Employee was enrolled prior to paperwork being filled out. Have a billing issue…don’t call your rep? That’s not “their job”. Does that make sense?Overall, pretty bad experience. We will be filing a complaint with the Department of Insurance.
